Morning y’all! It is SO Monday. I’m so tired even though DS slept great. DD is still asleep too so I should be getting stuff done around the house but I’m still in bed.

It was a horrible overnight with both kids. The baby was up 4 times and the 4-year-old was up 3 times (for a nightmare, asking if it was time to wake up and wanting to change her pjs).
I barely can keep my eyes open

Hi!
We're attempting to normal. Sort of. We're going to diner for breakfast and then grocery store. 🤷♀️

Last night was rough for my little. My big is at the sitter for a bit longer than normal which hopefully means I can rest and she’ll get some extra energy out.
I just had pancakes 🥞 yummm

WWJF18D? H has been having green stringy poops the past few days. Kellymom tells me this could be either from a)being sick, or b) a cows milk intolerance. She has definitely been sick the past week or 2 with a nasty cough and she’s finally on the mend now. Would you wait it out and see if it gets better as she gets better? Or should i start cutting out milk now? I’m hesitant to cut out milk now as she’s getting better, because if her green poop goes away, I won’t know if it’s the milk thing or the sick thing. But then again, I’d hate for her to keep having these poops if it’s causing her any discomfort and not do anything about it if I can

Morning! Nothing happening here today. H dropped my car off for inspection and when it's done the baby and I will take a walk to pick it up.
How much time are your babies content on the floor for? JoJo pretty much cries if he's not being held or in a bouncy seat. I think I remember DD being more content on the floor by this age (6w). What's normal?

amesie if she is not showing any signs of discomfort I would not do anything. I think green poops can be foremilk/hindmilk imbalance too which is not a big deal at all.

benandjerrys this baby is a unicorn compared to my other two but she will be content for 15-30 minutes on the ground under a playmat and the last few times has even fallen asleep for decent stretches of time. I feel like with my other kids I was lucky to get 5-10. One of them loved the bouncy chair and one loved the sit me up chair, maybe you can experiment and find something he likes?

DS2 was wide awake multiple times in the middle of the night so I was holding him to try to get him to go back to sleep. I'm trying to make all my important phone calls today to start the week and I'm listening to the worst hold music with the health insurance company.

Happy Monday all- sorry for all of the rough nights last night!
DS is 1 month today and I am so emotional about it! What a month it has been. I'm trying to decide if we are going to have a lazy day at home together, or if I'm going to venture out and take him somewhere.

AFM, my night out with my friends Saturday was so fun. I felt like my old self. I timed it well so no need to pump and I had a cocktail and a glass of wine. Def wanted another! It was nice to move throughout the world without 3 kids, or thinking about feeding. amesie - this is from yesterday but I’m down w removing the pinned threads. I think about this too. The big one about donating and all that is obviously fine but the three other ones can go. I’m a loss mom from Oct and still participate daily and I wouldn’t think it was insensitive if they removed their angels thread.

But he has discovered the toys on his play mat now and likes laying there on his back for awhile.

Some days I rage over it and other days I say F it and pretty much either I’m nursing her, holding her, holding her while she’s sleeping and dreaming about outing her down. I should just try my solly wrap again but apparently I’d rather just complain about it and move through life w one hand.

I’m also a loss mom and would never be offended if they unpinned the post. Who do we tag to do that? Admin? Can we un-pin all the pinned posts at the top of our board?

She loves the Tula tho so I’ll prob just keep using that

I'm never leaving the house by myself with the two of them. Ever. 😳😳😳 it’s pretty much the worst haha. DD1 has been an angel when we go out. I think she knows that it’s a do-not-fuck-with-me-because-I-could-burst-at-any-second time and really behaves. But the baby is tough because she could also combust at any time and it’s so stressful trying to keep everyone including myself from losing our shit.

This is just baby acne right? You’d think with my fourth I’d stop worrying about stupid stuff. But none of the rest of them had it. Her poor face looks so sad.
