I got a whole week behind between being sick and then being stuck in the house due to crazy winds with my family all up in my personal space every moment of the day. I just did day 57. I will get up at 4:40 tomorrow morning to do day 58.

I just did the strength workout. I haven't done the fit test or the cardio yet, because I've been obsessed with the peloton lol.

I started week 9 today. I was not as prepared for super sets as I thought I would be, lol.
I'm still giving her major side eye for going on about losing 9 lbs when we didn't see her workout for most of the week. Harumph.

I finished the new supersets. The bridge stuff at the end had me like 😳😩. Need to work on core and balance apparently.

I did 62 and I really want to know why the guest was barefoot. I do BBM barefoot. I do the workouts on a rug, and I don’t like the way my shoes don’t slide well on it. Plus I kinda hate wearing shoes when I’m in my house.

Sometimes I do BBM barefoot. Most of the time I wear sneakers, but they have never been outside of my house so I don't get squirrelly about having shoes on the carpet.

I definitely have designated inside only sneakers for BBM lol. It just seems like it would hurt barefoot? Maybe I will try it. I am intrigued now.

I haven't posted in a while, but I'm still here! I just finished days 64 and 65. Wtf to those side knee crunch things. I could do zero on my left, but figures it out for my right side.
@privacy, how is the Surge? Did you start yet? I am cinsidering it because we go on vacation next Sunday and loosing some additional lbs before that would be awesome!
