I've haven't worked out in a few days due to life, but I'm back on board today with week 9.
So glad that phase 2 is over!

I'm still plugging away at week 8. Can't wait for a new fucking phase. Day 52 and a new weeks of abs started.

I did week 9 cardio this morning and added a 3rd round. It was tough and I was super sweaty, but it was really nice to get back to tabatas.
I am sore from yesterday,

I’m not going to have time to do the cardio before work. I’m going to try and do it tonight, but I may just have to double up tomorrow.

I completed week 8 on Sunday but haven’t started on 9 yet because I was sick. I am 50/50 on if I will start back up tomorrow or get one more day of rest.

I just did 57, 58 + abs. I'm SO GLAD that tabatas are back. I like the strength format but really struggled with it today, I'm guessing since I took a few days off and a few of the moves were new to me.

I’m in week 8. I should have done day 52 today, but it didn’t/won’t happen. I’ll hopefully double up tomorrow. Cannot wait for phase 3.

Skipped yesterday and did day 58 + abs this morning. I should have done it more than once, but I was lazy. That will be my goal when I repeat it.

I have been getting back into exercising since I am healed now and off antibiotics. I went to my barre class on Monday, so sore! I thought about resuming BBM yesterday but it was so nice out, I went for a short run. Since it's been a while, I did run/walk intervals. Afterwards I felt great!
I think I'm going to start with week 9 tomorrow and double up the next few days. I probably should go back and do the weeks I missed but phase three sounds so much better than phase two.

Fit test done. I don't keep track, because lazy, but I'm not as tired and can def go longer without a break.

I skipped the fit test and did cardio from day 58....and knowing that I likely wouldn't get a workout in over the weekend, I doubled up for a total of 4 rounds of tabatas. I was sweaty.
Cooled down with a short run and some stretching.
I am soooooo ready for the weekend.

I've been off for almost two weeks. 😩 I'm still having some issue with my ear and throat, but I felt well enough to jump back in today. Since I'd only done one day of week 8, I just restarted the week.
I did 50 & 51 today. Hoping to double up the strength days to catch up.

I just did abs and cardio in place of the fit test. I feel like missed a lot if cardio in phase 2 so I need to make up for it in 3.

I skied powder yesterday, so skipped the fit test and did supersets today.
My kids were all up in my business, so I didn’t meet or beat any reps from last time, but I was still huffing and puffing when it was over.
I’m planning on taking the dog snow shoeing later, so I should really be sore tomorrow!

Day 52 and abs done. Before I got sick I was trying to go through each cardio routine twice, but it just wasn't happening today.
Weather is nice though, so I'm hoping to have an active day.
