benandjerrys try using toddler wipes to clean, pat only, then pat dry and use either prep H or tucks pads. Itch is likely a hemmi. I'm fortunate enough to have gotten them in my first pg and they have graced my life ever since 🙄 Also keep on taking colace and stay super hydrated. It'll help things move more quickly and not irritate it /them. They just heal on their own with time? I don't need like an antibiotic or something? Umm.. I wouldn't say they "heal". But the inflammation goes down and they shrink a bit. You don't need an antibiotic. You could also take Tylenol for the inflammation if it throbs really badly too. If they really bother you from a pain mgmt etc perspective there are procedures to remove them too.

yellow711 , this was going around on my DD's BMB and it is really delicious. Its super unhealthy. great for a party but too rich for everyday food imo. Ingredients 3-cups Large Elbow Macaroni+ 1-package (16oz) Velveeta Process Cheese, Cube 2-cups (8oz) Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend 2-cups (8oz) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 ¾-cup Whole Milk 1-can Evaporated Milk ¾-cup Melted Butter 3 Eggs, Lightly Beaten Directions 1. Cook Macaroni according to package directions for al dente; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. (I usually turn the crock pot on low and throw in the process cheese and melted butter while I’m waiting for the pasta to cook so that the big block of cheese can start to melt a little before you mix in everything else). 2. Cook, covered, on low 2 – 2.5 hours (or on high for 1 - 1.5 hours). Only stirring a few times. Serves 16 people at ¾ cups each. Thank you!!!

I stopped using them a few days ago but the pain has only gotten worse.

Hi! I have been super busy today. We are finally settling in for the night. I put little man to bed about 10 minutes ago and I think he may be asleep. MH is already snoring. I am going to attempt some sleep soon.

That epidural they told me not to get will cost us $900. The cost of it did not go through my mind at the time... it wouldn’t have made a difference though. I was not in sane mind! It boggles my mind that I was billed $8,000 for my birth by the hospital. I had a vaginal med-free birth and was there for literally 25 hours. No doctor, no anesthesia, basically only Motrin, needed hardly any nurse care, like how in the world was that 8k!!?!?!? I mean I won’t pay that much because of insurance, but still crazy it’s the bill. That does not include the bill for my midwife/prenatal care. My total hospital bill for DS1 was $14,000, we paid $6500 out of pocket. I will be curious to see what it looks like this time around.

I just got my hospital bill and the original bill was $16,000 and OOP is $1,300 but we are waiting on insurance cards from the VA that are back dated to December 1 so I’m hoping that using that as secondary insurance will bring down or take care of the OOP all together. I was lucky since I had the baby at the end of 2017 that I’d already met my deductible.

It's strictly for pain or temperature. The anti-inflammatories are ibuprofen, naproxen and aspirin.

Being overdue really sucks. I know we've had a handful of ladies here go over and be induced so I know you feel me.
It's a different kind of disappointment with your body. Know what I mean? I can grow babies really well. I can feed them really well. But my body can't figure out how to deliver them on their own? It's just so frustrating.

I accidentally bought some without the foam and was chafing from them and threw them out and got the foam ones. Way better.

I think that corresponds with the pain starting. Boooooo.

+1 to the Always foam pads. Targets brand foam ones are comparable too. Love.
