Day 55 done. I hate mountain climbers. I’m starting back with tracking on WW again today so I’m excited to hopefully drop some more lbs soon. I saw the cardio lineup included mountain climbers and almost cried. I hate them so very much. I cannot wait to go back to tabatas. Words I never thought I would utter.

I did 57. I don’t hate it. I’m very sweaty.

beckyj2013 I have beach body on demand and have been doing those workouts. If you are going to join I would suggest 21 day fix before 80 day obsession. It’s harder than BBM in my opinion but I’ve heard 80 day obsession is reallllly tough. A friend at work is doing it and loves it but says she cries during some of the workouts because they are so hard. After I stopped BBM I did 21 day fix, then clean week, and now I am doing T25. Of the three 21 day fix is the most similar to BBM. All these workouts are 30 min or less. The other thing to keep in mind about 80 day obsession is that those workouts are 45 min to an hour. You also need different equipment for them (bands and sliders) but you can get those on amazon for cheap instead of buying the beach body ones. I have them for when I feel like I’m up for 80 day obsession. What’s holding me back right now mostly is the time commitment... I just don’t have it. 30 min a day is my max since I don’t workout until after DS goes to bed. I don’t regret spending the 99 dollars at all. I have more than gotten my money’s worth. Oh also someone in the February challenge thread said they loved the PiYo workouts on beach body but I haven’t checked those out yet. I didn’t want to discourage you from 80 day obsession, just wanted to tell you what I know! If there’s interest here and people want to try it I would probably jump in and just modify everything. thatgolfb as far as I can see 80 day obsession is the only 80 day beach body program so that’s probably it!

I did a mix of stuff last week. I did some T25 workouts, two three mile runs, and I did the elliptical on my rest day. The T25 workouts are tough but are getting more doable the second time around. They don’t have much by way of rest, just a few recovery moves, so they are pretty intense but I feel awesome after. They have no equipment though and I’m missing the upper body lifting stuff so I want to work that in somehow. Lots of modified pushups in this program because I’m still not really able to do regular ones.
Yesterday was a huge scale victory...I am down almost 20 pounds since last August. I need to keep this going. Progress is slow but I hope it lasts.

Day 57 + abs done. I didn’t realize how bored I was with phase 2 until I had something new to do. I like this format better. Some of the transitions were tough though.

57 done. I remember this format from 5.0. The transitions are hard, but I like it.
I’m happy to be going back to tabata this week too.

I love day 57
Are we not doing a week 9 thread ? I’m also wondering how B lost 10 lbs last week doing surge when she couldn’t do the regular workout
