I did days 50&51 + abs, using all week 6 videos since today's isn't up yet.
She posted a random live to update on her pain and what today's plan was, but I didn't feel like watching it so I'm just going to use week 6 videos this week since I'm assuming she's going to have guests/board short daddy a lot.

I need to do day 48 (?) Cardio but I'm so uninspired by this set of cardio. I may just do a peloton class instead.

I just did day 48. I will have to go back and day 47 tomorrow morning. I will have to double up one day this week to catch up again.

I finished day 50. Her daughter was the one working out, and it was much more tolerable than when her husband was.

I tried to do the tabata that @privacy posted today, but my kids cracked heads together and ruined it.
I’m hoping to ski tomorrow, but I’ll do whatever non-cardio is up for tomorrow.

She was out on day 50 and her 17 year old daughter subbed for her. I didn’t do it yet but I watched the intro to see what was going on.

I did a 3 mile run yesterday. It was hard and I had to walk some, but it felt great. I am hoping to get out and do it again today. I am just waiting for the sun...it is supposed to come out! It is very warm so I will definitely run either way, but it was so nice to run in the sun yesterday.
My NSV was that I had to order new running pants this morning because they were falling down on me yesterday. It was irritating to run with pants I had to keep hiking up, but it means good things are happening so I will take it!
I have not been on the scale in days. It has been a rough nutrition week. Hoping to turn that around today.

I did a couple 20 minute peloton classes today instead of the BBM cardio. But I may do the cardio tomorrow.

Actually today is usually my rest day, so I will see how im feeling tomorrow to see if I want a rest day.

I did lower today (at 5:30 am before my kids woke up, while sort of hung over and Fitbit told me I slept 5 hours, which is all a NSV for me).
We are going skiing tomorrow, so I’m skipping the cardio for that. I’ll get more than 10 minutes of steady state and burn my quads following DD down the bunny hill.

I did the upper and lower body this evening.
I’m doing a more speed focused 5k training so I think I’m going to need to start shuffling days around so the lower body days are the same days as harder runs. Instead of the day after because #ouch

Day 38 done for me, plus abs.
Can I AW my scale victory? I'm down 15lb since we all started 5.0 in Sept, and down 5lb since starting 6.0. Its been slow but steady and I'm so happy with that. Its crazy to see the number in the 10 spot 2 numbers lower than when I started.

I did day 50 on Tuesday, but woke up with an upset stomach yesterday and couldn't really eat all day and ended up with a migraine to boot. I'm going to see if I can eat food today, but my head and stomach are still off. Hoping to jump back in tomorrow.

Hi friends. I am behind. I started having an awful toothache on Monday night. I worked out on Tuesday, but then yesterday I had to have one of my wisdom teeth removed. I am tired and sore and bleeding. I was told not to do anything strenuous until the bleeding stops. I slept for almost 10 hours last night and I would really love to go back to bed right now.
