I did day 53 (?) cardio, plus a 20 minute peloton class!

I had another field day today and my FitBit says I had 9 minutes of cardio, so 💁🏼♀️

Did the upper body workout. I tweaked my back a little bit so instead of the windmills I did tricep dips and push-ups.

I did Day 44 and 46 today (upper and lower body). I’ll do the Day 45 fit test tomorrow. I’m very curious to see my scores!

I skied today, half heartedly, because I was up all night being sick, but I still got a workout.
I’m hoping that I feel better tomorrow so I can do the next upper body.

I’ve also been off this week. I blame pms, a period from hell and Briana being off her game the first part of the week.
I’m going to add the strength workouts onto my run tomorrow and then start up with week 9. Shifting around the schedule a bit so that my rest day will be Friday to line up with my runs better

I just did my halfway point Fit Test. Compared to Day 1: Prisoner speed squats +3 Push ups (wall) +2 Mountain climbers +15 Alt lunges +7 Jump squats 0 (same) High knees +49 !! Bridge tricep dips +5 No planks for me
I’m pleased!

I’m going to do lower tomorrow and maybe a run/walk/snow shoe on Monday for Cardio.

I missed posting, but I'm did 50 and 51 on Thursday, and 52-54 yesterday. I actually li k doing all three workouts on Saturday when I have time.
I known we still have a while yet before 7.0 is done, but have you guys though about what you'll be doing after this? I want to look into 80 Day Obsession, bit I like free things....

I will probably do BBM extreme after this. I think it’s 6 weeks. I bought it on her Black Friday sale but haven’t done it yet.

My friend texted me today and asked if I wanted to do an 80 day beach body challenge. I wonder if this is it.

Also hi, I did the upper and lower body today. I am glad that upper body will be done! I did my peloton ride on Friday in place of cardio. If we continue the steady state stuff I will probably do that once and do the peloton the other day.

I did 54. Couldn’t get myself to do the hell cardio that is 55.
Once it’s consistently warmer I might try a c25k for cardio. I started in the fall and kind of fell off.

I’m anti Beach body because of mlm I’m thinking about the Livestrong Stronger challenge or maybe one of the Jillian Michaels ones the JM Junkies Post

I haven't worked out since Tuesday. A stomach bug moved through our house and yesterday was the first day I wasn't super weak. I thought I'd get back to it today and then I woke up at 4 this morning with a fever. Now I'm on antibiotics and hoping I can start up again Tuesday. Posting this to keep me accountable.

I'm just getting back into my routine after my tooth recovery and being gone all weekend.
I did day 50 and am trying to summon the motivation to do 51 or abs.
The good news is that I have barely eaten since having the tooth out, so I didn't set myself back too far with skipping workouts.
