I have the opposite problem. I keep buying them when Target does the gift card offers. Mh cut me off now that I counted and realized I have 4 months worth of diapers. Same! We have so many that we don’t have room to store them 😳 I don’t even know how many boxes of each size is realistic to have. Yeah I just have boxes stored in our office closet. I didn't buy too many newborn sizes and mostly bought size ones and twos. I think size 3 was the size we used the most of but it's easy enough to exchange sizes.

Is it easy to exchange sizes or brands without a receipt? We got quite a few different kinds at the diaper party, but I’m wondering if we could exchange for a different brand if one kind doesn’t work out for us?

Today was my day off from daycare kids, but man my 2 younger ones sure kept me busy. All they did was whine and fight with each other. Of course, they both refused to nap as well. I think with all the sickness, cold weather, and snow, they're getting cabin fever. Can't wait for some warmer days to get them outside! Needless to say, they both went to bed early and I'm sitting with some chocolate cheesecake, watching the Olympics, and catching up here.

Welp my co-worker that came in this morning was diagnosed with the flu. I'm lysoling everything in our office and crossing all the things it doesn't spread. Oh no. I hope you don't get it (or anyone else either!).

Is anyone else on BirthTube on Facebook? Live births. It's... a little addicting.
I discovered it months ago, and haven't watched in ages... but I'm watching one tonight and can't go to sleep.

TTMA baby hiccups. I remember reading awhile back that baby having hiccups after a certain point in pregnancy, could indicate a cord issue. So, I googled it and found this. Yikes. I'm 33 weeks and baby has several bouts throughout the day and night of hiccups. I'm a little freaked out now. As a 4th time mom, I've never heard of this. Would you all call your OB?

Dd had a chemical reaction to Luvs and I was able to exchange them for a different brand.

Huh I had not heard that mattsgirl2004. I don't feel too many hiccups with this baby but did with DD1 up until birth I think. It doesn't hurt to bring it up to your OB if it's something you should be watching out for.

I'll have to check it out. Right now I'm addicted to reading birth stories so I'm stalking March 2018 BMB's on other sites to read them. I'm obsessed.

ovenrack I’m up too. Only 2 more hours until the rest of the house gets up. Dh and I stayed up late debating mental health needs and gun control. Basically he can’t actually say “yay we need to interventions and restrictions” but he claims to agree with that idea. I’d like him to just admit it would be a good thing. It was tense for a while. We moved dd3 into the big girl room this weekend. She loves it. There is a lot of organizing to do and I need to put the crib back together for a newborn, but I’m happy we finally bought another bed. I also found out some friends of ours with 4 kids just bought a massive house. They were my inspiration to stay on our little house as long as possible. Now I’m thinking we are just screwed bc the idea of moving is terrible. leatherpants your room pic is why I can’t handle the thought 😮.

just catching up here. commiseration tits for dealing with 2 yo tantrums/sass/listening to everyone but me. i am terrified of being home with dd and a newborn. it’s all going to be fine, right?
we didn’t get too much done over the weekend, but we took dd to breakfast and the children’s museum on saturday. i’m having all the feelings about her not being my only one. hormones have been so much fun. we did finally get our car cleaned out and the car seats rearranged. we were supposed to be getting a new car before the baby came but decided to hold off until april or may. it feels a bit cramped in my golf. i also got my hospital bag about 75% packed. the only things left to do in the nursery is to buy a night stand and get the curtains up.
i had my regular ob appt yesterday and it was with someone i hadn’t seen before. she seemed like an alarmist to me and made me feel like she already knew what was going on with baby and that she was preparing me for the worst - things like not being able to have skin to skin after delivery, emergency c-section, make sure you have freezer meals, glad you have family to watch 2 yr old, keep yourself healthy by wearing masks and gloves in public for potential stay in nicu. it left me feeling absolutely horrible. i’m trying to take it with a grain of salt because both of sil’s warned me about her but it’s hard. i’m so glad the appointment with the mfm and surgeon are early this morning. i’m crossing my fingers for some answers and best possible outcome

also add me to sleeping like crap club. i’m now too scared to take a unisom for fear of going into labor and being groggy. lol i’m sure the adrenaline would take over but still. also anyone else at the point where more than 5 bites of food leads to immediate heartburn and burping up food? heartburn from water? saltines? wtf. sorry to be gross, but i just don’t remember this from last time and it is the absolute worst. h and i had what will probably be our last date night for months on saturday and i couldn’t eat more than a third of my meal and i couldn’t even bring myself to get dessert. womp womp.

We are still working on our home renovation. Today we are getting a delivery of wood to trim the windows from our local lumber yard. They deliver, which is great. Usually they come around 9 or 10. They called my husband at 6:50am to say they were heading out. MH LOL Noped them because my toddler is still asleep and the dog would wake her up. I don’t know why but I am extremely grumpy with the lumber yard. 6:50am for a delivery?? I mean. What? Probably because everything about this renovation makes me want to scream.

leatherpants We had a similar nursery situation until we recently did a huge purge. Like you could get in the door but that was about it.

mattsgirl2004, I have never heard that about the hiccups. I had a NST yesterday (I'm 36+4 today) and the baby had hiccups during the NST. The doctor or nurse weren't concerned.

polson that is terrible! I’d have lol’d her out the door. Clearly you’re doing the best you can and she needs to stfu. I just got done moving the girls clothes bins out of their closet to make room for dd3s actual clothes. Then ds can actually have a dresser!! Yahoo! Is it bad that more and more I’m hoping he can actually live in his own room rather than mine? 😞 tell me I’ll feel more like bonding once he’s here.

mattsgirl2004, I've never heard that before about hiccups either. Actually I think one of my apps recently mentioned that its a good thing late in pregnancy--diaphragm getting ready for breathing and indicative of lung development. I feel them every couple of days (I'm 36w tomorrow). Can I join the complaint train? I am so tired it hurts. I am uncomfortable sitting, standing, and even laying down. My belly is so huge. I'm done. Less than a month to go. I'm hoping the last couple of days are an anomaly and its not going to be like this straight for the next few weeks. If it is, there's no way I'll survive working to my due date. Snore.

mattsgirl2004 I’ve never heard that about hiccups either. DS had them from early on until delivery. This baby started only in the last few weeks and still has them. I’m 37 weeks.

Thanks for the reassurance guys. Sorry for freaking out. Not sure why my anxiety is so high lately. I think I might ask my OB for a quick ultra next week to maybe just set my mind at ease for a bit. polson So sorry for having to deal that horrible doc. Sending you all the love and continued prayers for you and baby. ❤ I hope your appointment this morning gives you answers and peace of mind.

I’m Starting to freak out that I’ll go into labor and I don’t have my bag packed..
Why, you ask? Even tho we have had amazing luck without any pre term births, I know a few people who have gone into labor and had to have their hubby pack bags for them.
So... I’m packing my bag this weekend at 32w... even tho that is super early but maybe it’ll ensure I won’t have a baby early!
