At my in-laws for dinner. Mil made a pork roast and bought 6 different vegetable steamer pouches lol. Matthew hasn't napped and I'm sure will lose it any minute. Dh is being a turd all day. We had some drama with my brother and he wants to chew him out and I told him no. My dad wants to say something and I told him no. Both of them are pissed at me. I'm off work tomorrow but grateful A isn't. I need a break. Hoping it's warm enough to take the boys to the park.

If your kid needs shoes check out Payless. They have a BoGo deal with getting the second pair of clearance for a penny. I just got the girls cute Airwalk mocs and boots for next winter for $7.50 (for 2 pair).

Just caught up. We all went to the hill for Col's second ski lesson. They were so packed and parents were complaining that their kids weren't getting enough runs so they extended the 1 hour to 90 minutes. Col had no trouble lasting that long (he actually did a few extra runs before and after with DH), plus he's constantly raising his hand, so he probably had more runs than most of the kids. Definitely more than the other smaller ones. Chase played inside and outside, and was really unhappy that he couldn't join the lesson.
After that we stopped at Subway then the boys and I fell asleep on the drive home. Chase's nap continued at home but DH and Colin just chilled out in our room while I showered. Then we took them to an AHL game until Colin asked to leave halfway through the 3rd period because his team was losing. He finally cheered up after we picked up sushi on the drive home. Now we're watching Olympics and the boys keep chasing each other around the house. Which is extra amazing because DH didn't put Chase's pants back on after his last diaper change.
So it's been a really good day without time for temper tantrums, but I am so tired!!

lfig how is potty training going? Did having the potty within arms reach help? 👎🏻 we are Potty training dropouts. I wish I could pay someone to come do it for me. I have been reading up on Potty training developmentally delayed children... apparently it’s not uncommon for them to not be ready till 5 or 6. 😳. Good lord, I hope that’s not the case with S! Have you read Steps to Independence? It was recommended to us by the child psychologist we saw in the Seattle area. If you don't have it and you want to give it a try, I'll mail my copy to you! |

Get it together! He hasn’t thrown up since and is acting find so fingers crossed it was car sickness. He’s napping now while I make a baked potato for lunch. This sounds like my mom. I know your suffering and I'm so glad I moved 1,800 miles away from mine :-P |

I had a good run, but finally had our first tub poop. I was actually quite relieved, bc n was seriously hurting and it had been a few days. I had enough sense to see it coming and get the toys out.

wedding I second Britax frontier clicktight. We got that after my accident and when I saw it on clearance at target a month later, I bought a second one. Easy to install.

I'm not liking the new Grinch movie ads in the Olympics. The book and original cartoon are perfection and didn't need to be messed with. I didn't like the live action one. And what's up with advertising for a movie 9 months in advance? Don't need Christmas ads in February.

My friend gave C a wubbanub and he loves it so I went on Amazon to order another one. DD was helping pick the animal and there in the middle of the list of wubbanubs, was a random sex toy. I scrolled fast and she was like "wait, what's that one?

Matthew won't sleep on that bed liner.. Do you have it laying on top of sheet? I would layer...mattress pad, sheet, bed liner, sheet. Then, if he pees, you can strip one layer off without having to “make” the bed again. And deal with the laundry later. |

We did! About half an inch stuck for a short while but that was it. Just freaking cold and windy all day. Now just being a jerk mocking ice dancing (they showed my favorite clip ever from past Olympics of the million year stink eye gaze an ice dancer gave her partner who dropped her) while reading articles for a test. |

joelies that sounds like a great day with the kids and although exhausting it is worth it. cagoldi way to behave and get a camp out (and burrito ) A! We watched a lot of llama llama here this weekend. It shows a lot of different personality types and had been pretty good.
