I am taking today off as a rest day, but I only have the last cardio day left for the week anyway. I may do it tomorrow.

Done with 48. It is probably the best I’ve done on this type of cardio thus far.
My nutrition has been a mess this week too.

I did 46 and 47 today, but the first versions - thanks for the heads up on that.
I was going to skip today, but got a second wind and powered through. Glad I did.

Cardio done. I swapped out rest day yesterday instead of today, since we had visit all day. Which means I ate and drank and stayed up too late. We are going to a hockey game tomorrow so I foresee pizza and beer, so.....I've come off the rails.

I did lower body and abs today after taking the weekend off. I might check out that tabata cardio video @privacy posted, because I really loathe this cardio format.

Once I get back into it, I think I’m going to sub the cardio days with something else too. The weather has been nice lately and it’s making me want to run again.

I did 48, 47 and 46 this morning. I'm pooped.
I did 45 (the fit test) yesterday and was equal or a few ahead on all my scores.

Day 36 done,and I did the Jessica Smith 5 min abs video for the first time ever too. My core is so weak and I hold so much weight in my stomach, so adding in an ab workout has been on the agenda for a while.

I am a disaster this week. I had another active rest day yesterday (I should have done a "real" workout but didn't) and I am having a hard time motivating today. I should be able to fit in something before I take the dog to the vet. I am putting this here so that if I don't I motivate this afternoon after we get back.
Also nutrition has been far worse than my workouts so I have to make that a priority too.
ETA: Going for a run now! It's 63 degrees in February and I just can't. I am watching the sun come through my window in disbelief. Apparently tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer!
