yellowwallpaper, eek, I hope it heals quickly! I did the fit test today, and I’m pleased that I improved on every move, even if it was just by one rep or so on a couple of them.

Day 44 done. My knee is still sore so some of the moves were uncomfortable. I can’t decide if I’ll do the fit test or just sub in cardio

I did Day 38 (cardio) today. I was dragging, but it’s my first cardio workout in almost 2 weeks, so I’m happy to just check it off as done.

Hey everyone! I've been mia for a week due to a myriad of illness/stress issues. I've seemed to wake up daily with an excuse to not do BBM-- some valid, some not 😬. But I'm back, still trying to finish week 5. Just did day 32, I'll wrap up week 5 this week so I can start fresh with week 6 next week. Luckily I did not gain back any weight during my hiatus 🙌.

I'm coming down with a cold and felt like shit when my alarm went off at 5 am. I feel better after some coffee and a shower, so I might attempt to do 42 and 43 tonight after work. I'm sure I will feel worse tomorrow and want to skip again, so I might as well try to get it in while I can.

Hope you feel better quickly yellowwallpaper! Kudos for starting back in @rocknroll and withanie! Just did the fit test. I'm down 7.9 lbs with 6 more to go to be where I was a year ago. Prisoner squats: -1 Push-ups (mod): +3 Mtn climbers: -8 Lunges: +2 Jump squats: +4 High knees: same Bridge dips: +3 Plank up downs:+2 So far I've only done measurements on day 15. I'll have to try to make time tomorrow.

I begrudgingly did the fit test today, plus week 5 abs. I like this week better than the plank extravaganza that fucked up my back.
My legs are so sore today from that lower body workout. Ho-leeeeeeee shit.

I wasn't feeling the fit test this morning, so I subbed in my own workout: 100 kettlebell swings with 15 lbs, ab work, and sprint intervals.

Just did day 47 upper body strength live. It was a shitshow, so I would recommend doing an earlier version of this routine. She hurt her back, so her H filled in, and they did stuff out of order and missed a move. It was distracting and I was annoyed. Just a heads up for everyone!
ETA: I meant day 46

I did half of a cardio from last week instead of the fit test, then thought "Fuck this", and did the full day 46 + abs. So I did a workout and a half and abs. I just couldn't do that cardio format, I get a crap workout in because I'm taking a break every 20 sec and just miserable about it. I wonder what cardio in phase 3 will be?

Add me to the sore legs club. I don’t remember them being this sore last time we did this leg routine but my butt and thighs are still on fire from 2 days ago.

I’m going to do double upper/lower tomorrow and then a hike Saturday and maybe a run Sunday.
I just can’t with this cardio format. I should probably say something in the comments. It sucks.

Fit test day 45 done. I’ve improved a bit on everything. But what I’m excited about is I ran a usual 3 mile loop. Kept easy effor. Jan 1 my easy pace average 12:17 a mile. Today it was 11:05 average and negative split with my last mile10:42. I hate Briana most days but it’s working

Did day 46. Briana did something to her neck/back so her husband subbed for her. They got out of order and skipped one, but I just ignored them and followed the original lineup.
