Oh! But I used my heavier weights for all of the moves and it wasn't nearly as hard as my last heavier weight transition.

I did day 46 and then went back to earlier this week for a non-live "day 47" to hit both upper and lower body. I also added in some core work.
It was kind of a shit show with her husband doing it, but it was also kind of nice to see how much he was struggling with a lot of the moves. Really hits home how much progress I have made since I began.
I am so glad it is Friday.

My hamstring is angry at me.
I think I’m going to skip the fit test and go to yoga sculpt instead tomorrow.

I did 43 and 44 this morning. It was nice to do arms amd legs amd no cardio. I'm glad I'm not the only one hating this format.
I'm also glad to be. A couple days behind so you guys can give me thebheads up when something annoying is going to happen with the video so I can watch and earlier version 😋

I looked ahead at day 47 and it's some person who lives with them filming. A nanny maybe? I only watched enough to know to use the day 44 video.

I’ve been a mess this week but am trying to pull it together. Wednesday I didn’t have time for a full workout so I just did a 1.5 mile run. I got a personal best on the mile so that was awesome. Yesterday I danced with my 2 year old and ran around the house with him so I will call that active rest. Today I tried a T-25 workout and it seriously kicked my butt but I really liked it! So I might keep going with those.

Done with day 34 and week 5. Did half the tabata cardio with my toddler hanging off me. Mickey mouse club house saved the day for the 2nd round though.

I skipped the fit test and went for a run and did abs.. My shoulder is feeling funky so I want to rest it.
I ran for 30 minutes straight for the first time since November so feeling very accomplished now.

This week's cardio line-up looks MUCH BETTER even though it's still the format that I hate. So I'm not totally dreading it for tomorrow.

I got derailed being sick for a week and a half, but jumped back in with day 37 and 39. I've been eating all the desserts so need to get back to writing down what I eat each day. I'm not following any kind of diet because I've been focusing on getting my fitness habit down, but it's time to start My fitness pal.

I had soda and wine yesterday. And too much chocolate. Winning in the nutrition department, right here. My phone also wanted to correct 'nutrition' to 'burrito'... 😬

@twoscoops this has been an awful eating week for me. I am commiserating.
I did my third T25 workout today and really struggled. The first two were hard but doable, this one was a mess. I still sweat like crazy so I guess I accomplished something?
