badwolf I’ve never seen one, I don’t want to see one and I don’t even know if we have one this early, but could it be a mucus plug?

Carter's has everything 50-70% off plus 20% off your purchase of $40. I got J 5 shirts, 4 pants, 4 pjs, and a pair of shoes for $110.

badwolf that's crazy. They never saw any twins right? If you said it was kind of like a placenta I wonder if maybe there was a vanishing twin or something that was never seen and perhaps this was it's placenta. That's all I've got. I'm glad baby is fine and your cervix is closed.

I'm glad baby is fine and your cervix is closed. We thought it was maybe a possibility. The ER doctor told us she had no idea since she wasn’t an OB

Dear lord. I had salad and potstickers for dinner and I cannot stop farting. It's horrid.

Sad day, TW:
Had a good cuddly day with the puppy. Around 5:30 she had a seizure. She went to the emergency vet and had a very high fever and they couldn’t get her to stop swaying or bring the fever down. So she had to be put down. I’m more heartbroken than I thought I’d be. I know this is the risk you take when you foster. She was a sweetheart.

To my STM or TTM mamas. Have you noticed more, less or about the same amount of movement with baby? I know I'm probably over thinking this and stressing myself out but with DS I felt some kind of movement everyday by 18 weeks. I am 18 weeks on Tuesday and still have only felt movement a few times. I keep telling myself that she's probably not as active of a baby as he was but still I can't help for my mind to wander. I have my a/s next week and will feel so much better afterwards.

STM- I feel this one a lot more than the first. With that being said, I didn’t feel her much this weekend. I broke out the heart monitor a little while ago and I found it right away. I’m guessing they are still to small to feel consistently.

I read an anecdote about this on another BMB. At that early on and even into the early 20s in weeks, they're still so so small. It's not common to be able to feel consistent movement thoughout every day at this point, even though some people do. And depending on placenta placement even less movement might be felt.

kam3100 - I'm really sorry klw - Yes, I'm feeling a lot of RLP. I've noticed a big increase this past week, too. badwolf - I'm sorry for the big scare. I'm glad to hear everything is ok. Can you call your OB today and get their thoughts?

I felt movement much faster with my second baby than my first. He wasn’t more active. It was because with my first the placenta was in a place that masked that movement longer. Also some babies are just more active than their siblings

I swear this is the laziest baby. I’m still not feeling movement consistently at almost 20 weeks - which I definitely was with DD2. I’m chalking it up to every baby is different.

I had an Anterior Placenta with my second and felt way less movement than with my first. By the 3rd trimester it was still enough to keep me from worrying but the second trimester I was stressed about it.

I'm late, but less. With DD I felt her at 18 weeks and it was several times a day from then on. With DS I felt him at 15 weeks and it was much more often by 18 weeks. I think this baby is just chill. It didn't move a lot at the ultrasound besides sucking it's thumb, covering it's face, and small kicks. I usually feel baby at least once a day, but I have to be sitting still to notice. Try not to worry, maybe your baby is just chill like mine!

I had my anatomy scan this morning. I haven’t been feeling a lot of movement, just little nudges and taps. Well, baby girl was all over the place, backflips and somersaults and I was barely feeling anything. Turns out it may be because my uterus is larger than normal at this stage (stretched out from the previous two?) so she has lots of room to move right now.
