That sucks that your grandma has cancer cagoldi. I hope you get to see her at least one more time and that the doctors are able to keep her comfortable.

I think I have a GI bug. My stomach is not happy with me right now so no Dino exhibit for us. I’m laying in bed while DH parents.

I'm here! Did any of your little ones deal with hypernasal speech (or sometimes even a little underwater)? Charlie constantly sounds like he is entirely stuffed up, so I left a message for the pediatrician to talk to her about it but I don't want to bring him in (because of flu season) unless I absolutely have to. Figured I'd crowd source a little before she calls me back. Two of nephews had this. It started effecting their speech and pronunciation. Turned out they had enlarged adenoids. They both had surgery to remove them and their speech improved pretty much overnight.

Yes. Thank you. I am the first one to make sure that everyone is included, gets along, aware of others feelings etc. But I feel like I am at an Y in the road to ensure that A gets what he needs and spend my energy on him, who is not my kid, and ignoring B's needs . I am B's parent, so my focus needs to be on him and I can only talk to him so much about how to deal with A if there is no improvement. I hope you did'nt feel I was insinuating otherwise, I did not intend for you to have to justify your position at all. Not that my opinion matters, but I certainly would assume you are thoughtful about the situation and would give the kid the benefit of the doubt (and I probably should have said that). On the other hand, many of us encounter these types of situations, so sometimes it's helpful to explore all the angles in a more general way. I can see how that might not have come across, and it could have felt more personal. I opened it up because I am dealing with a similar situation, so I'm currently wrestling with this one myself. I know I have to sometimes challenge my own biases or preferences for comfort, but it sounds like you've already done the hard work, so feel free to ignore me! That being said, I totally get it, and it sounds like you've thought it through and may be at your wits end already. You know your kid best, so if you feel it's becoming detrimental to him (and by extension you), it does'nt benefit anyone to force the situation. Thanks, I absolutely appreciate the input. I am being super hard on myself about this because I wrack my brain to make sure I’m doing the best by B and other kids of course. Adding the layer of the very much needed Mom friend is adding more pressure. Maybe I’m just over thinking it and I’ll follow the boys lead.

Lol It took me all day to catch up to you talkative ladies! We had a super busy weekend. Celebrated Tim's 40th with friends. Played a new game called Drawing without Dignity. It's like dirty pictionary. So fun!
I know I was volunteered for the next Nov baby.... But how about an end of Sept baby instead.......❤️❤️❤️

cagoldi I'm glad you passed your test, but very sorry to hear about your grandma. After 3 emails back and forth with Zulily CS, I still don't have an answer on the car seat manufacture date, but they assured me these were not affected by the recall in case you were still interested. mskatiep Congrats on your Sept baby!

A lot of the research I've done leads me to believe that this would be a cause, but no one's ever commented on his adenoids before, but I don't know why they would, either. I have an appointment with the ENT tomorrow at noon. I'll bring it up then

M had another accident at school. How do I handle this? I've already cut back on the mirilax but I'm not sure what to do. We talked about it before school this morning and I talked to her teacher. Her teacher text me saying she asked her several times if she needed to go and was keeping an eye on her.
She's been potty trained for almost 2 years in March. WTF?
