Alright, I'm ready to get my act together. I'm doing some meal planning now. What are some of your favorite healthier snacks, preferably with protein? I need ideas. My go tos are: -Plain Greek yogurt -Apple and nut butter -Protein shake -Natural lunch meat wrapped around avocado -egg white "muffins" -edamame -veggies and hummus Turkey pepperoni is low fat high protein and good snack Lunch must around bell pepper Pre-cooked chicken strips or rotisserie. I've been adding them to premade salads and an Ole Xtreme wrap for lunch Hard boiled eggs Tuna fish salad with avocado I bought carrot chips for with my hummus and I admit I really like the texture

Bikini body guide. The app is called “sweat” it’s a 12 week circuit program, you do the strength training exercises 3x a week and low impact cardio on your own 3 days a week. I like it a lot. The app does cost money. ETA: the app also has a meal planning included with recipes and shopping lists. I’m pretty sure you can tell it any dietary restrictions (like that you’re vegan) and it’ll modify it. I'll check it out, thank you.

Bleh.
My stomach is giving me trouble lately. That and my general health being what they are I am starting to think I need to try Vegan AIP but that sounds so, so miserable. Basically only fruits and veg and a very limited list of them at that.

Basically only fruits and veg and a very limited list of them at that. That sounds hard. Is there any way adding in those types of meals to the rotation would help without doing them full time?

No, it's an elimination diet so you've got to cut out all kinds of things then gradually reintroduce them one by one to see what, if anything, it does to for your chronic symptoms.

Stay away from the Cadbury mini eggs! Those small bags have 200 effing calories! I learned my lesson yesterday. I also got yelled at by Cadence who told me that I can't just take her candy and eat it without asking. I told her not everything is hers and she screamed, "YES IT IS!" No more mini eggs for me.

I don’t know if I shared my results from the cleanse that ended a week ago. I lost 7.5 lbs and felt great. Then promptly gained half of that back over the weekend and was super bloated. Snowstorm was not good for diet and exercise. I expected to gain some back since it was probably mostly water weight, so it is what it is.
Overall, I liked the cleanse and would do it again.
Exercise has been okay. with the work we’re doing in the basement, it’s disrupted our workout space a bit. If it would ever stop snowing, I would love to be going on walks outside

I have got to get back in a normal workout routine...between not going to the gym and this crap weather, my mood is shit. I know going to the gym would improve it immensely, but for some reason, I just keep finding excuses not to go.
Today is the day though...I will be on the treadmill today.

I liked 5.0 better than 6.0 but I'm on day 67 of 7.0 and that's good too. Down 12 more pounds since I started and I just started working on diet this week.

I’m feeling back on track with my workouts. I walk ry to and from school each day for four miles total and also hit the gym for some extra cardio and weights. Today I managed to run pretty much the whole way. My pubic bone still sometimes hurts from C’s birth so I’m glad I feel like I can run again.

Alright, I need this thread to keep going for motivation. I haven't started BBM, but I've been going to boot camp and my goal is to do 2 classes tomorrow if I just have A. Still working on getting my meals on track, but getting better. I've got some healthy staples now (egg whites, cucumbers, protein powder, chicken, ect) so it's slowly been easier to grab healthier options. Goal- to wear shorts this summer without feeling self conscious.

I turn 30 in July and really want to go into a new decade with confidence. I’ve finally shed a few pounds so have about 7 to go to pp weight... from my 2 year old! Ugh.
The nice weather really helps me want to be more active so that should help. The next 4 days of wine drinking and eating out.... will not. So starting Monday, it’s game on!

I did 10 miles on the bike tonight.
I also traded ravioli with alfredo sauce for a salad and roasted green beans and mushrooms.

It's been 24 hours without a coke. The caffeine withdraws are minimal. I had half a glass of tea to cut the edge of the caffeine headache. But I'm doing alot better than I thought!!

I'm back to eating something planned out and balanced every three hours. I moved the five and the 10 pound weights to an empty cabinet in the kitchen because I spend most of my day in these three rooms. I still can't figure out where to find a half an hour, so until I do five minutes here and 10 minutes there hopefully will add up to something by the end of the day.
