Tried to buy some new clothes for myself since temperatures are going to rise to 80-90 coming week. I just feel too fat. I don’t feel good enough to buy anything. I need to do something about it... thinking about weight watchers after our little vacation. Anybody has had good experiences with this?

nam2013 I did weight watchers and loved it. Mostly I think tracking what you eat in an app can help if you aren't on a plan. I'm using my Samsung Health app and I love it. I track water, caffeine, food, and exercise in it. I think some people here use my fitness pal (mfp) to track. With my tracking I follow thr smart point weight watchers plan and don't enter fruit or veggies

This new job is great for my step count. Every day that I’ve worked I’ve hit or been super close to hitting 20k steps. During the winter it was a good day if I could hit 10k.

I am going to do the BBM 7 day Surge next week. I have a group of friends & coworkers that are interested and I have a secret group created on FB. If you are interested in joining us or checking it out send me a message and I can add you. If we aren't FB friends I can add you by FB email I think. (this is a post and run, i am super busy at work these days)

I did day 1 of the surge yesterday. My legs are still throbbing. Hoping to fit in day 2 in a few minutes.

I've been using the Samsung Health app on my phone. Last night I changed it so it keeps my step count in the notification bar and notifies me when I have been inactive. The step thing definitely has me thinking about getting more. I recommend the app.

But if I want to TTC sep. 2019 I need to lose weight. Also I’ll feel better about myself. ETA I’ll start Monday, but i needed to make sure everything is set to go.

I have zero motivation. It also doesn't help that mh screwed with the Nest and it was 80 degrees when I walked in the house. Cannot/will not exercise in the heat.
Tell me how you guys are doing so maybe I'll get off my ass.

Day 1 Surge done (for the 2nd time). I need to get a 20 minute cardio in. I think I'm going to do a speed walk around the farm and listen to some music and have some me time. Lets see if A agrees lol.

Dh and I did 3 cycles. It was a ton of prep work but not too bad. I lost 22lbs. However when we fell off the wagon, we fell off hard and I gained back double. But that’s likely my own issue. I liked the workouts. They were hard but quick. My friend has done a modified version for about 2.5yrs and really loves it. She basically allows a couple cheats a week and that’s enough freedom for her. She didn’t have much weight to lose- maybe 10lbs and just wanted to tone.

I completed BBM 7.0 today. I'm only 11 pounds heavier then when I got pregnant last year. I'm really proud of myself that C is 5 months and I have already worked out for 90 days. I haven't been good with eating, breastfeeding makes me eat like I'm still pregnant I need to decide what's next for me. My new hobby is lunching with friends so that's another thing.

Day 2 done. I need to get 40 minutes in of cardio today because it didn't happen last night. Trying to talk my mom into renting bikes with me at the park.

Thanks, wedding. I am only 13 pounds heavier than I was when I got pregnant with P, but I'm still a good 25-30 pounds away from where I think I would feel best. Hoping I can do several cycles and get much closer to my goal weight. I've been thin, but never very well toned . I might have an unrealistic idea of what my weight could/should be with a little more muscle on my frame. We'll see as I get closer, I guess.

I've decided to do a 3 day juice plan to try and jump start my metabolism. I know juicing isn't for everyone, but mh did it when he was working on the book for a well known person who does it and he really liked it and he lost some weight. So I'm going to try 3 days, then after 3 days I'll allow myself one meal, which will be dinner. I just need to get out of this funk and stop with all the laying around and shit. I don't want to feel this way forever.

I'm curious... What does an ideal diet day look like for you guys? It doesn't have to be perfect, but stays within your goals. Show me what you eat!

My goals right now are to stay around 1300 with a decent balance of fat, protein and carbs. A sample day:
Breakfast: protein shake with protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1tsp olive oil (weird I know), almond milk, ice and water
Snack: egg white "muffins" with veggies, rice crackers and peanut butter
Lunch: chicken, trader Joe's riced cauliflower stir-fri (loooove), srircha sauce, avocado
Snack: hummus, veggies, 1/2 apple
Dinner: lettuce, ground turkey, TJ corn salsa, avocado and some 0 cal ranch
Snack: 2 glasses of wine and a couple Hershey kisses

I haven't been great about my ideal day the past few weeks, I'm trying to get myself back on track to regular gym visits. But if I could...
Breakfast: Protein Shake with skim milk or 2 hard boiled eggs Snack (if needed): fruit or non-fat greek yogurt Lunch: Either a WW frozen dinner and fruit/yogurt, ham/turkey and cheese with fruit/yogurt, or leftovers from the previous night in a smaller portion Dinner: I've been cooking normally, just subbing low/no fat, reduced calorie options when available, that way H and E don't complain much. I also try to not serve carbs with dinner. If H is out of town, I just make myself a big salad.

New to this game, but on WW.
Breakfast: 0-fat Greek yoghurt with half an apple, 1/4 mango, some blueberries and two table spoons of oats -or- two slices of spelt flour bread with banana and a drizzle of peanut butter
Snack: latte with skim milk
Lunch: boiled egg, spelt flour slice of bread, salad, tomato, cucumber with a teaspoon of oil/vinegar dressing -or- salad with chicken breast/salmon
Snack: fruit
Dinner: salmon, broccoli and a few baked potatoes
After dinner: latte with skim milk
If I have points left i sub the skim milk for whole milk, much better!!!

wineallthetime I usually eat 1600-1800 calories/day. AM: protein shake with almond milk, huge bowl of berries Snack: sugar snack peas and hummus Lunch: spinach salad with "bacon" tempeh, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber Snack: black olives and corn tortillas, salsa Dinner: black bean and sweet potato "burgers" with roasted broccoli Snack: apple with PB2 and rice cakes I'm a lot higher carb than most people and that works fine for me. If/when my weight loss slows down I might worry more about the composition of my macros but it's not something I need to mess with ATM.

I love reading what you all eat for the day. My breakfast through afternoon snacks are very similar to yours (small portions, healthy choices), but I tend to go far overboard for dinner, which is always healthy, but I eat fat too many helpings. And I don't usually do dessert before bed, but I'd never say no to ice cream, and that too is a portion control issue.

I'm down from 207 to 203 today. Started the 7 day surge on Monday. I think I'm going to stay with keto for a couple of weeks. I might even switch out if surge mode early. The big differences are surge keto is no dairy, sweetener, and grains. Regular keto is all about the full fat cheese and cream

Question for those who did WW, do you need to (more or less) use all your points everyday? I have 23 pnts and still have 8 left today for example 🤔.

I weighed myself this morning after going pee and I hit my first goal! The goal was to be a certain weight before the wedding tomorrow so I just got it by the skin of my teeth. On to the next goal!
