My trainer recommended Pescience. It's really good, I love the chocolate peanut butter cup! Just ordered from Amazon! Thanks for the recommendation! The BBM protien shake is coconut milk, any chocolate protein powder, 1 scoop cocoa powder. I added some coconut oil to make it full fat. It is pretty yummy and I'm definitely keeping it in my rotation for sweet treats. I'm trying to figure out if could add coffee to it

My go to protein shake has been almond milk, ice, protein powder and cinnamon. Sometimes I add banana. So good.

I just want a protein powder I can add to skim milk and holds me over til lunch. The one wineallthetime recommended gets great reviews with people saying they did that. I do not have time to blend shit in the am...I put milk and powder in a shaker bottle before bed and grab it on my way out the door.

I do not have time to blend shit in the am...I put milk and powder in a shaker bottle before bed and grab it on my way out the door. I do that with the one I sent you! This morning I put almond milk, cinnamon and the protein powder in a shaker bottle and then added ice after. It mixes really well unlike some other ones I've tried that get clumpy and gross.

peachsmama, I use fresh bananas in my smoothies, but frozen other fruits. If you do freeze your bananas, slice them up and freeze them on a flat surface first, then put them in bags to store in the freezer, your blender might not be able to handle whole frozen bananas.

When you blend with a banana, do you use a frozen one or fresh? Frozen bananas do make great creamy ice cream (just add a bit of honey) or milkshakes without the need to add real ice cream .

Sunny41, I really like it. I don't have much time to do it, but I try to increase my distance by .5 each time. I'm up to 4.5, so clearly, I haven't done it as much as I would like.

Sunny41, I really like it. I don't have much time to do it, but I try to increase my distance by .5 each time. I'm up to 4.5, so clearly, I haven't done it as much as I would like. That sounds like a reasonable goal! You don't have to workout everyday. Maybe pick 2-3 days that you will set to bike

I'm on the bike while E is in the bath. He usually plays for 2minutes so I should get a a decent workout in. Today is the last day of the 7 day surge. I was ready to call it a day yesterday because really wanted to take E out to breakfast like we had been doing for a while. But I couldn't bring myself to have an apple pancake after being gluten, dairy, and fruit free for a week. Tomorrow I can have 1 meal with carbs so I think we are hitting red robin for bunless burger and sweet potato fries.

We went to Red Robin this weekend, I had their new veggie burger served wedgie style, it was great! And their salads are bottomless as well! I was still disappointed with how many calories I consumed (damn you H and your Shorty O Rings), but I know I made smarter choices! I also embarass the shit out of H anytime we go eat somewhere. For example, when we eat Mexican, I order chicken fajitas, no tortillas (I'm not going to eat them, so no point wasting them), super light on the oil (I'm always grossed out with how much oil is left in the pan), and black beans, no rice. He just stares at me like I'm an alien with all my requests. I can't be the only person making these requests...people are trying to eat healthier!

These sound like healthy requests not annoying particular requests like changing everything up to basically a new meal.

mwhip, I don't think your requests are out of the ordinary. Most places are probably used to it by now. I feel like carb-free is pretty popular.

I slacked off on working out last week and the week before and I did the day 45 fit test last night. Ugh. All my numbers were either the same or lower. I'm so frustrated with myself. I need to just build this into my day and stop with the excuses.
