Morning! I've been dragging hardcore these last couple days so I need to snap out of it and grocery shop and get laundry done today. It's warm here, 40's, but rainy.

Morning!
It’s warm here, too...upper 60s for the next couple days. Nice break from the arctic tundra!
No big plans today; I need to get the kids’ paperwork together since registration for their new preschool is Wednesday (I can’t recall if I told y’all I wanted to switch but we’re going for it).

Morning, all! I went to bed super early last night, so I missed the baby news. Nice way to wake up, though! I have to grocery shop this morning. We're in bad shape. But it's raining cats and dogs, so hauling the girls around in this will be a good time. Also, we're way behind on laundry. Much to do! My husband came down with pink eye over the weekend, and I'm pretty sure I'm getting it, so I'm calling my doc as soon as she opens so I can get medicated. I would use his in the mean time, but random medication doesn't seem like a good idea at this life stage. Dating ultrasound this afternoon, and I can't wait!!!

I'm with you wineallthetime. I did the laundry but didn't put it away. I really need to get some energy when I'm on my weekend.

Did anyone attend a march this weekend? I have a friend who did and she said it didn't have the same feeling this year.

Morning! Dh is home sick with a severe case of a men’s version of a stomach bug. Made a big batch of chicken soup, picked up groceries and fruit salad. He’s entertaining the kids now, so I shouldn’t complain.

mamabear I use mine a lot (canon, d1000) I got it 8 years ago and it still working great, so worth the money. I don’t have much knowledge, but the only thing I would look at is the range of your lens. Most lenses are 18-55 or 55-200/300. I paid quite a lot to get an 18-200 lens, this way you don’t have to switch between lenses for close-ups and shots of for example wide nature shot, for me this makes a huge difference!

Morning! I’m here and going on about an hour of sleep! Little miss still has no name, lol, but she’s very sweet and nursing like a champ! I sent dh to get bagels and coffee and my parents should be coming by in about an hour. I’m also waiting for the dr to come by because I’m having really intense pubic bone pain. Like it feels like it’s split, I can barely shuffle to the bathroom and get on and off the bed.

Got to work 20 minutes late but my boss started his day at another branch so he'll have no idea lol. 27 work days left. 38 days left. My mom and I are going to get my computer at the end of next week so I can start getting everything set up and ready. They are drowning and about to kill each other running this business.

Morning! It’s snowed all night and has no signs of stopping. They’re predicting 7in and I don’t think we are close to that yet. My plans for the day include not leaving my house.

In your opinion, are there other features i should consider when i shop? I would buy one today, I would love to take video with it too. If you like taking selfies, look at the one where you can turn the screen (impossible with my old fashion one ), look at pixels and frames per second. Didn’t we use to have a (semi) professional photographer around here..?

If you get a Canon, I'd recommend picking up a "nifty fifty." It's a 50mm fixed lens that runs about $100. It takes gorgeous shots for the money. I rarely use my zoom lenses because they just can't compete, and they cost so much more.

mamabear I have a canon t3i that I got at the end of 2010. It basically just depends on what features you’re looking for and how much you want to spend. I don’t know much about Nikon, but with Canon the “professional grade” cameras are going to me the Mark series. Personally I didn’t want to spend that much and I’m happy with the camera I have. I agree with nam2013 that lenses can be much more important. I have 2: the one it came with which is a zoom lenses, and a 50mm lenses which is good for getting that blurred background you see in pictures (plus it was pretty cheap for a lens).

Glad to see you checking in, @unicorn. I hope the doctor is able to give you something to alleviate the pain. They’re giving me Motrin and Percocet, so the good stuff and it’s taking the edge off. The nurse said the dr may want to do an ultrasound to make sure it’s not actually split and just heavily bruised from birth

I definitely don't want to blow the bank so i guess biggest bang for my buck is important. Want the second lens too! Looks like this is the newest version of the camera I have. www.bestbuy.com/site/canon-eos-rebel-t7i-dslr-camera-with-ef-s-18-55mm-is-stm-lens-black/5792700.p?skuId=5792700
