I feel like my period is about to start too. I think I got mine around 3 months last time when I stopped pumping the little amount that I could get.

I’m so jealous of all you who got their period back so late! Despite EBF until 15m, I still got my period back at 4m PP 😑 ... I blame the fact that I went back to work at 6w and was pumping a lot because of that

My period came back at 7.5 months pp - a month after we did sleep training and I stopped nursing overnight.

We were anxious to TTC and it took me 12 months pp to get my period back after E. (He loved nursing...) This time, we won't be TTC so I'm hoping it stays away for that long! Of course luck will be it returns like 4 months pp. ETA: flippinchica , I think I've had like 5 since Sept 2014! Even though my period came back earlier than you, I had some other pregnancies in between so there were some other skipped months!

The funny thing is I still have some tampons lying around in my "everyday items" basket sitting out in the bathroom, like where I keep my lotion and hair ties and crap. I look at them and think, I really should just put those in the cabinet and never do it.

They're really uncomfortable now, bc I had some inside tearing with DD1, so I was like.. Yeah.. Here you go!

My period came back the week of both my boys first birthdays. It was really weird.
When I ovulated for the first time after DS2 it was so pronounced and dramatic I thought it was my period. Every ovulation since then has been pretty much this way.

Do you guys give your LOs pacifiers at bedtime as a newborn? DS2 can't keep it in his mouth for long and screams when it falls out and I'm not up for a zillion paci pops. Just curious what you guys are doing.

Just curious what you guys are doing. DD2 isn’t a huge fan of the binkie, but with DD1 we used it MOTN until she found her thumb. We called it being her “binkie bitch” because one of us would have to sit there and hold it in her mouth haha. The day she found her thumb was the most glorious day of my life. Have you tried a wubanub? DD1 hated to be swaddled and would always pull the animal out by accident so it didn’t work for us unfortunately

I sort of wish he liked it because G loved hers and it kept her sooooo calm.

I didn’t get my period today. I really thought it was coming. Oh well. I was going to finish watching the super bowl but I’m too tired. MH has little man with him watching the end and I am in bed.

Lol With irregular cycles and nursing keeping it away for at least a year, pregnancies and what not, Ive had 15 periods since 2009. And they still annoy the shit out of me. It’s sad to think I’ll get them on a semi regular basis when it actually comes back.

I really really REALLY wanted to stay up and watch This is Us, but I’m so tired. I hope no one totally spoils it for me. We don’t have cable so I can’t record, and the on demand in PlayStation Vue usually doesn’t have it for like a week. #firstworldproblems
Feeding baby and going to sleep!

Just curious what you guys are doing. I do and it’s annoying. Ds1 used a mam and I swear the shape made it easier to keep in his mouth, kid was obsessed with his binky though. The twins use soothies because that’s what they gave them in the hospital and although they like them well enough they don’t seem as in love with them as DS1 was. They have a hard time keeping them in, I try to use the edge of the swaddle to keep it in lol H thinks i should try the mams or another style but tbh I’m afraid ds1 will recognize them and steal them LOL

I’m here. Got a 4 hour stretch but I only was asleep for 2 hours of it bc I waited to go to bed until after the game. I was going to stay up for this is Us but it’s DH’s first day back at work tomorrow so my first day with both kids all day & I knew I’d regret it if I didn’t sleep tonight. So I’m ignoring FB until tomorrow when I can watch lol.

Im up feeding the baby. MH went to sleep on the couch. I have no idea why but I am pretty sure his noisy butt leaving the room is what woke him up. Needless to say, MH is going to hear it from me in the morning.

Baby lasted 30 whole minutes sleeping in the bassinet lol. He’s been in bed with me ever since. I got a good 3 hours and now I’m up nursing. I’m going to try to transfer him again after this.

I just love when I spend 20-30 minutes holding baby upright after a feed, and she still spits up everywhere the second I lay her down.

Baby woke up to feed 2 hours ago and has been fussy and awake since. It’s time to sleep baby, I don’t function well when you’re up so long.
