Baby woke up to feed 2 hours ago and has been fussy and awake since. It’s time to sleep baby, I don’t function well when you’re up so long. Yes I’m quoting myself. Up again. We have to get up in an hour so this better be quick. She’s yelling with her eyes still closed. |

Love the period talk last night. I got mine back 13m pp. It was amazing! Then had my period exactly 9 months before conceiving DS2. I'd be okay going 13m again but not sure I'll EP for a year like I did last time.

I'm 90% sure baby now had the flu. No fever and his congestion isn't horrible but it's still there. Ill be in alert to make sure it doesn't get serious.

3rd night in a row that he’s awake and crying no matter what I do for 2 hours. 😭😭😭 ugh I’m sorry, we went through that with DD1 in the beginning. My milk took forever to come in and the only thing that would get her to stop was giving her a bottle. Luckily it didn’t last long for her, once my milk came in it got better. I hope he calmed down for you and you got some sleep! |

Mine was up for over an hour after his first wakeup at 12:30. He is super cranky the last few days. I'm sure it is just him coming out of the newborn fog but it is no fun.

It’s almost 9:30 here so I am going to go ahead and get this started. Baby is swaddled and in my arms. We are in my dark bedroom but he is wide awake.

I just put LO down for the night and it already feels like the MOTN! Luckily mine was transferred to his bassinet without a problem. Which is miraculous since DS1 was loudly singing and dancing like a circus animal right outside our door. |

My in laws just called four times despite me texting that MH is upstairs putting DS1 to bed and I am with a sleeping baby.
They texted that they just wanted to say hi to the boys.
People forget that littles go to sleep early!!! And they kept calling after responding to my text saying there was nothing wrong they just wanted to say hi. Good thing baby slept thru that annoyance.

DH goes back to work tomorrow and we had an interesting night that involved our first ER trip for DD1 so I am going to try to handle the night by myself tonight. DH has to be at work by 6 am and he already promised to shovel the end of the driveway before he leaves (we got 6" of snow and the plows haven't been by yet, my van would get stuck in the end of driveway drift and no way can I shovel while alone with 3 littles) so I figure he deserves a good night of sleep. See you all later tonight haha!

Ugh so I was in the living room w DS because H went to bed early & I knew I had to nurse in like 30 min. Well I fell asleep on the couch for too long. I feel groggy & am nursing an hour later than I wanted to be...I wish I was in bed already! 😭 I have to get up at 7 regardless to get DD ready for school.

sweetsurprise I can’t imagine calling someone 4 times in a row, especially after being told what was going on. Brutal! Just waiting for this little guy to fall asleep. He’s great at laying down and falling asleep during he day, but he needs to be held to fall asleep at night or there is some serious crying. Hopefully it’s not like last night where he was fussing for 2.5 hours after eating... It’s only been 15 min and he is pretty calm for now.

Fell asleep burping baby. Woke up maybe an hour later. I tried to put her down unswaddled but no dice. So now I’m nursing again. Except I don’t know that I ever did the second side to begin with. Hopefully we can both fall back asleep soon.

DH woke me up after B was fussing for an hour after he fed her. So I have now been up for an hour with her. She farted a bunch and finally pooped and I rocked her so I hope she stays asleep. and she’s kicking around again. Please sleep!

L is passed out next to me, I should go to sleep but instead I am online shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I got a cute new diaper bag and 2 pairs of boots, whoops! Lol I should go to sleep now!

I got in bed at 8:30. Figured I needed every moment of sleep possible to recoup. C nursed awhile and then slept 1 hour in the RNP. I was really hoping switching from the bassinet to the RNP would give me more. 😩
He slept next to me for another 2.5 hours and now we’re up nursing.
