sweetsurprise that’s what I’ve been doing! I bid on a few things on eBay the other night. Maybe I’ll look there again tonight. This may get expensive!

H is mad at me... boo. I wish he would just give me a break, geez. I am pumping and fx L will not wake up when I carry him upstairs. I am tired.

Hereee. DS & I both slept through my alarm to feed him so I woke up after 6 hours in a little discomfort lol. Thankfully he’s nursing it all away right now haha.

Nothing pains me more than having to wake a peacefully sleeping baby MOTN to eat. Ugh. I set an alarm tonight just in case, and it’s a good thing bc little girl was passed out! It’s such a struggle waking her up a forcing her to eat. But it has to be done so oh well. I’m sure once they tell me I don’t have to wake her anymore to eat, she’ll be happily waking up multiple times on her own.

amesie agreed. I feel that we almost instill the habit of waking of every 3 hours.

Like clockwork as soon as a turn off the light to get a little sleep before the next fed L starts yelling at me. Ok kid I’ll feed you and then can we both go to sleep?

sweetsurprise I bid on a Freshly Picked backpack diaper bag and a couple of patagonia button downs for DH. I’m trying to be good with baby clothes so we’ll see how long I can avoid looking at that stuff!

HEllo! We are home. I need to catch up and update around here.
Add me to waking a sleeping baby club. My boobs made me do it otherwise I would’ve let her sleep. My milks coming in strong and I’m prone to serious clogs that I was already feeling.
Hopefully I’ll be able to catch up tomorrow.

Oh, moms of girls, is it normal for them to have a vag discharge? Just changed a diaper and was not expecting that.

amesie agreed. I feel that we almost instill the habit of waking of every 3 hours. That’s a big fear of mine. I had to wake DS1 up for a long time due to low weight gain. Once I could let him sleep he woke up every 2-3 hours like clockwork for awhile 😩

I just managed to get him to sleep. Why do these babies hate sleep??!!!! Good luck tonight. Good question. My two fell asleep just in time for me to have to wake them up for their next feed 😩 Ouch. I hope you managed to get a little sleep.

Guys, I think I’m broken. Little man slept for almost 6 hours and went 7 hours between feedings. I slept for about 4 1/2 hours. It took me forever to fall asleep and I kept waking up wondering when he was going to get up.

I forgot to mention the most recent thing I’ve been searching for. Vintage looking team USA winter hats for me, DH and DD1 to wear when we watch the Olympics. They are obviously very important to find. Haha

I’m sorry. Now apparently I’m so tired I pass out no problem. Lol.

ajetter exactly! Have you checked Hanna Andersson? I think they are having a sale today online. I just got DD1 a pair of donut pjs from Gap that she is in love with. I went ahead and ordered the next size up for when she outgrows her current pair.

sarahh I ended up ordering matching for DD1 and 2, and then matching for DD3 and 4 and calling it good. They coordinate. When I was looking to order Hanna Andersson was going to be like $170 for four pairs. Definitely didn’t love their prints enough to spend that much! The Hanna’s are amazing quality though. There and Gymboree are like the only places that currently span all four sizes.

ajetter HA is definitely pricey. If you “need” any temptation in the middle of the night I’m in a Facebook group - Mini Boden and Hanna Andersson BST. Some ladies on there live by HA outlets and take requests. I’ve gotten some sister sets that way but I only have 2 to match.

amesie agreed. I feel that we almost instill the habit of waking of every 3 hours. Agreed!! Our doctor said every 4 hours but there have been a few times I’ve overslept like last night & he is obviously fine. So I’m like 🤷🏻♀️ Started stretching it to like 4.5-5 hours haha. He is such a porker though, I’m positive he’s gained a pound and a half since he was born (my unofficial scale says more so I’m rounding down haha). But ya, I figured he wasn’t eating well when I woke him every 3 so we pushed it to 4 and that works better for us. Now during the day I’m shoving he boob in his mouth constantly lol so I think that helps.

I was having to wake DS2 up every 3 hours for feeding the first week and then the pedi said I could stop waking him up since he gained so much weight...but as soon as the pedi said that DS2 started waking up every 2 hours on his own. Le sigh.

They let L go 4 hours in the NICU so I do at home too. I don’t have to wake MOTN he wakes up every 2.5-3 hours normally.
