I did really, really poorly this week. We were snowed in for 3 days, and I didn’t even try. I just focused on getting through the days, and then it was the weekend. But I am going to Italy in 6 weeks, and I want to feel good for my trip, so I need to get back on track now. I didn't do anything last week either- I let work stress get the better of me. But I started out today with stretching and told MH that we have a date to stretch tonight after DS goes to bed. Italy?? Where? I love Italy and am sure you'll have a great time.

Hello thisbitch My weigh in day was Friday, and came in at 9 pounds total down. Not unhappy with that, since it's only been a little under 3 weeks I did not do the greatest on Saturday, I gave in to my cravings and allowed some pizza and hot wings on Saturday night and basically used ALL of my "extra" points for the next week... also went over a little more by a few on Sunday But as long as I stick to at or under my points for the rest of the week and/or up my activity, I SHOULD be OK. So that is my plan.

Also I have finally charged my fitbit and have connected it to my WW app so will be trying to do better on my activity.

Hi thisbitch Thanks for checking in. I’ve been doing well, although I realized I missed my water goals for a couple of days, when my office was especially cold. I have a hard time drinking water when it’s cold. I bought a little tea pot and some good herbal tea for work, so that’s helping now. Eating has been on track. I’ve been doing a modified W30, and this is the final week, so after this, the trick will be keeping on track with some moderation. I tend to be all or nothing, but I think I’ve broken some not great eating/ drinking habits this month. I’ve cut yoga back to 3 days per week, as I’ve been upping my running mileage, which I’m happy with. Have been getting some work in on creative projects, but I want to prioritize that more. Screenless reading has become a new daily habit. I forgot how much I missed physical books, and how easy it was for me to become distracted reading on the iPad.

coconutbacon, I need to do some screenless reading. I read a lot, but default to my phone unless I am actively working on a book. And I will be joining you in some modified Whole30 thing next month.

HabitBull has really helped me to stick with my resolutions so far. I haven’t had candy since the 1st. Track everything on ww and do my BBM all so I can keep my streak going

I've made resolutions and broken them, not made resolutions and made no progress, so idk. I just keep trying. I do think that sometimes the beginning of the year is still to busy to really get started on a resolutions. I'm beginning mine this month.
