Love tit for the you just need attention. I try not to milk things but I'm ok with sometimes saying I'd make dinner but oh I hurt too much. It's always partly true and partly milking for help

The real confession is that DD told me one of the kids in her class was really good at the hidden pictures. So I had DD ask him via messenger kids where the banana and chicken are in the picture. He doesn’t know where they are. I feel better about myself but also annoyed that I still don’t know where they are. 😂

Thank you for fostering. The only thing keeping me from it right now is how big of a butthead our latest rescue is. He really should be an only dog. Womp womp. Also, we need pics! Twist my arm. She just weaned 6 puppies. I can’t believe she had 6! She’s such a little love and I’m used to having seniors so I’ve been having fun watching her run laps around the backyard. am jelly of a dog. Her bounce back from six pups is pretty legit!

It's always partly true and partly milking for help The funny thing is I’m getting better at asking for better pain management bc it’s just ingrained in me to endure it. Good thing is my H’s love language is acts of service so he’s good at the what do you need, take your meds stuff. My 1-10 pain scale isn’t normal peoples pain scale.

My 12 year old drives me nuts with everything being a "life hack" lol. It seems like her and her friends favorite phrase right now We are deep in talking about our "crush" right now. Baby girl, you're 7. Calm down. (I don't say that, I just nod politely) I had to read this 3 times. I read the second line as "Baby girl, you're *a* 7. Calm down." As in you were rating your own child compared to the crush object who was a 10. I laughed so hard when I realized my mistake.

The rescue found a temp foster for when we were on spring break and they decided to adopt him. So that worked out perfectly. My family requested a younger pup this time. I’m not exactly sure of her age but I’m thinking less than 3.

I’m on the fence about the vasectomy talk because one of my brothers had a botched one and was in pain for over a year. (Not the type to fake that. He was in and out of the doctors).
Luckily this was all after my H had his.

Oh man jaygee. If I had seen that dog a couple months ago, I would have immediately alerted my MIL. Her dog died in December. She recently got a new dog. But I like that one more lol.

A friend of H’s apparently convinced his wife (and H) that the big snip has a full 30 day on the couch/fully helpless recovery period. I laughed in H’s face and am debating messaging the wife that recovery** is about 48 hours of taking it easy, Motrin, and a few bags of frozen peas. However getting involved in the inner workings of another relationship feels dicey. **absent complications Edited to complete my thoughts How do people actually believe this?? Some actual surgical procedures don't even require that much time. Lol A lady I work with is getting 2 weeks off for a total hip replacement. She has to walk across campus all day

jaygee, she’s so cute! Is she a chihuahua mix? Yes a chi mix and with what is the question. They have her listed as a chi/pug and I agree with that based on a similar looking foster I had in the past and the fact that their puppies looked identical.

My dog Bruno is a Chi-Jack Russell mix (or that’s what they told us), and has a very similar look. Those big chihuahua ears are hard to resist!

Honestly my mom had one and she’s not in great health and still could have gone back to work in a week, depending. It was much less chaotic than we expected- her knee replacement was a nightmare and this was so different

A former coworker had a hip replacement and was back at work within three weeks, and we worked retail. He may have been restricted for a week or two, but he said he felt great.

Because I'm sure you all were waiting to hear, we released the bee this morning and she immediately flew off. 🐝 I partly can't believe we were able to keep her alive and okay for nearly four days through all the rain and cold and windy weather we had. But today is nice and sunny and warm, so she has a good chance of getting to where she should be instead of inside our house. 🤪

My H, a week after a neuro icu stay for a brain bleed (small, or “unimpressive” as his neurosurgeon called it- but like, still a traumatic brain injury) with a ton of staples in his head for a huge head lac, was trying to go back to work. He settled on doing computer work and zoom meetings and not in person clinic for 3 weeks. He may be doing too much (he is, I have to release what I cannot control) but my gosh for 30 days for a vasectomy.

So I have spent an inordinate amount of time watching the fish doorbell. I've still not seen a fish. I just want to see a fish and ring the doorbell and I recognize this is a silly thing, but I just want to see a fish! visdeurbel.nl/en/the-fish-doorbell/I shared this with our receptionist at work today and she instantly spotted a crab! I am jealous as I too have yet to spot anything.
