Oh because I am full of confessions today... I have started stockpiling booze for after this baby is born 😂 there was a REALLY GOOD SALE on liquor at the grocery store and I ordered a case of wine as a Christmas present to myself. What can I say, this has been one crazy roller coaster of a pregnancy and momma needs a drink. Lol!! I have too!! Stocking up on all the yummy winter beers ❤️❤️

Since we are talking stockings, DH wants to fill one for baby since he could be here then. So far on my list is a pacifier and I could throw a couple onesies in there. I don't really feel like buying extra stuff. I don’t blame you. Toss some stuff in you already need/have for baby. It’s not like the baby will know. 😬

So talk me off the ledge.
Yesterday i had two serious sick epiaodes. I mean my face is COVERED in bursted blood vessels.
I noticed while wiping this afternoon i had very very slightly tinged discharge.
I do feel somewhat better this afternoon thankfully. Maybe bc i made myself get up and put away laundry.
Should i panic? Take it easy still??

I used a mirror to shave my lady bits in the shower yesterday. Then I proceeded to step on the mirror and break it. 7 years of bad luck coming my way I guess. You are way more ambitious than me. My confession: I haven’t shaved my lady bits since the last time I was in a swimsuit. 🙈 I’ve trimmed once and that’s it. I’m so lazy.

My other confession is that I am fully spiraling on ways to flip this gosh darn breech baby and I am trying LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Last night I propped my hips up while putting an ice pack on the top of my belly and playing music towards my vagina. My husband thinks I am crazy. I would do the same thing, sister. Don’t give up! Have you laid on the ironing board upside down?

Hi gang, I am still feeling pretty awful. I ran a low grade fever all night and still can't stomach more than a sip of water every hour or so. It's the worst. My DD and H are both home too and I just wish I was by myself 😩 This sucks. Pregnant sick is the worst. Try to get fluids where you can and rest up. ETA - Just saw your other post regarding very light possible spotting. I’d call but I wouldn’t spiral on this. Think of how forceful puking can be. When I spotted and bled w DS1 they asked me if I was experiencing vomiting bc they had seen it be a cause. Try to get fluids though. When I had a fever for 5 days way back in first tri I actually drank pedialyte to make sure I got my electrolytes. We didn’t have any Gatorade but my H swears by pedialyte as a hangover cure and we always have some just in case. 🙈

I don't really feel like buying extra stuff. The gesture is sweet, but I wouldn't do too much. A rattle, onesie, paci and call it a day.

I don't really feel like buying extra stuff. Now that I'm thinking about it...maybe he's wanting a stocking for baby because DS will probably point out that baby didn't get anything. I'm definitely keeping it simple.

Thanks guise. I’m going to keep an eye on it since I haven’t vomited any more and hope it was related. Baby girl is moving just fine so I'm sure she's OK.
I'm trying to push fluids but it's been hard. Too much makes me feel nauseous all over again. I was feeling ok, made dinner, had a Very small amount with some water and now I feel awful again.

I am pining for a nice glass of wine. Though I'm kinda planning on one for early labor. My practice does a quick ultrasound at 36 weeks to check to make sure baby is head down.

I just have to venture out to a specific store where it’s the cheapest.

I'm building a Pinterest board for freezer meals... I'm hoping I can talk a few people into helping me assemble everything or I'm worried I won't have the energy. I have 4 more work days left for the year so if I get the groceries and a few sets of hands I'm hoping by New Year's to have a freezer (mostly) full of meals that can go in the crock pot or oven. We will have 2 weeks of meals (every other day) from church and I'm sure mom will cook for us when she is here so we have a little cushion, but this is the thing I'm "worrying" about now.
Our crib mattress, car seat and pack n play arrived today which were the last major items we were waiting for. I need some waterproof mattress protectors and some breastfeeding supplies but I think we are almost done with the accumulation of "stuff". I started some baby laundry today and got most of the shower gifts put away (granted some are in temporary places while the bathroom remodel is being wrapped up).
On one hand I feel ready and on the other I feel behind schedule. Normal?

aprilz81 very normal I honestly am not sure you'll ever feel 100% ready. Sounds like you have the basics covered. You'll figure out what you need/don't need once she's here.

We’re trying to get DD3 to sleep in her new room. It’s an hour passed bedtime and there is no sleep happening. I tried laying with her but she’s just messing with me. So we closed her in. She’s just standing at the door knocking. Not screaming or crying. Just knocking. Oh kid. Just get in the bed and sleep.

I have not done any sort of personal grooming down there in quite awhile, and it is out of control. Gonna have to ask the husband to help me out before my next appointment.
I'm just trying to get through the holidays before I start tackling the baby stuff.

I'm considering getting a wax but haven't really had time for it.

aprilz81, Re stocking stuffers for DH I just went thru what I have put away so far for MH. His stocking has a desk calendar- one of the joke a day ones, windshield wipers, a 23 and me dna kit, chapstick, hair gel and a few other odds and ends. I'll also get him gum since he loves gum but it doesn't last at all around here.

I guess my FFFC is that I've been getting waxed monthly for the last 6 years. It's the one thing I do regularly for myself and DH is fully supportive of this luxury. I haven't noticed any more pain or irritation with pregnancy. For me, it's all about how dry my skin is (CO tends to be really dry). I've already scheduled my future waxes so I get one a week before our RCS.

I've given up on maintenance at this point. Hell I think I shaved my legs twice in the past month, if that. it's so hard to reach. I'll try to at least keep that up now that I'll be getting checks and could go into labor any time.

I feel really unprepared for this baby. The nursery is a mess.. It's housing Christmas presents for the next two weeks plus all our coats that we don't regularly keep out. We need to go through them and figure out what is what so I can get the nursery at least settled. I do have clothes washed so there's that!!!
