enchanted my big toddler is super picky and it's entertaining to watch people pull out their entire repertoire of tricks in an attempt to get her to eat, as if I never thought of them.

Age: 2.75
Milestones: Nothing new
Challenges: She's come down with a bit of a cold and its worse than man flu. This morning she was lying on the couch and the dog walked by and her tail "waved air in her face". It was devastating to her and she's generally pretty easy going…give me strength.
Funny/cute stories: Yesterday her and I were driving together to meet my parents and trade trucks (long story). When we met up I left her and my mom in the truck we drove and my mom let her out of her seat. When my dad and I came back to see her she was eating a chocolate granola bar she found in my purse. I packed it for her incase things bout rough since we were driving through naptime. My dad asked her if mommy gave that to her and she replied "No I got it out of her purse. I think she was keeping it for herself!"
How are you? Pretty good
QOTW: Canadian, so I holiday here, but we had a good week.

Age: 17m
Milestones: Making sounds. She still doesn't have any words (only 2 that are real words anybody would understand) but she is making more vowel sounds that are real words to her I'm burr because they are often repeated in similar situations.
Challenges: The car seat/stroller/shopping cart. Girl hates being restrained. She always has but she's recently become even more resistant.
Funny/cute stories: She is really into puppy dog pals. It's the only show she "watches". As soon as it comes on tv she runs over to stand in front of it and bark!

Age: He'll be three in January. The denial is strong over here, guys.
Milestones: Potty training! He just decided it was time a week or two ago. He's really taken to it and gets frustrated if he wakes up with a wet pull-up. He has yet to poop in the potty though, and we've had a couple of disasters in that department.
Challenges: We're struggling with listening a bit, but other than that, he's had an easy couple of weeks.
Funny/cute stories: He's had a lot of good little one liners lately. We're constantly laughing at him. The boys' favorite park has static display planes. Every time we go lately, it's just before dark, and we have to tell all the planes good night before we can leave.
How are you? GOOD! H was owed back pay and a bonus, and they finally came today (months late). We were able to pay off tons of debt that we stupidly got into when we first got married, plus get a little Christmas shopping done today. I feel like a 50 lb weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
QOTW: We did. We stayed at my parents' but visited H's a lot, and the weather was gorgeous, so we had a lot of time to play outside and go for walks.
