I'm finally over the strep and UTI but I still have a lingering cough that drives me nuts. I got some codeine cough syrup today and goddamn it's a miracle. I feel so much better. And also much relaxed. No mixing it with alcohol tho

Semi related but I have the very best recipe for buttermilk pancakes.

I emailed it to pobre a few years ago under the title "pancakes.. Not the ass kind" and the only record I have of that recipe is that email. So the "not the ass kind" email is printed and in my regular recipe basket.
