I'm thankful for modern medicine as well. I've dealt with feels about having a csection but recently I'm less concerned with the fact I had to have one. N is here and was so safely because of the csection. I'm so thankful for that.

I’m also thankful that I have a body that can support me running long distances, even if it’s a little squishy.

Feeling so thankful that my mom is alive and I can celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in May 2015. The doctors gave her 10-12 months at that time. Things looked really bleak. Thanks to an amazing experimental treatment, my mom is still with us 2.5 years later and is overall doing well. It is such a blessing that she is here with us and I'm grateful for every day.

Aw these are so nice to read. I'm also thankful for family and our good health and having a good job and a warm place to live. And for having plenty of food and good friends. Not feeling creative with my adjectives it seems...

I'm extremely grateful for finding this place and having you ladies in my life for the past few years. You all are such an inspiration on so many ways. So I thank you.

I’m thankful that H and I were able to get through some very tough times this past year. It’s been a lot of work, but it’s definitely worth it. I’m thankful that you ladies were there for me during some very dark times and were not only supportive and here to listen, but also gave me some great, honest advice- I honestly don’t know that I would have gotten through the 1st half of the year without you guys. I’m grateful that baby Jack made his way into our lives and that Worm is such ana amazing and loving little girl and adores her baby brother.

Even though us Canadians did this last month, it's always great to be reminded/prompted to live in a state of gratitude. So here goes....I'm grateful for two healthy boys, and grateful for the challenges that each of them have brought to my parenting journey. It's not always easy, but I hope that I'm growing as a parent (parenting a/my teen has been the most difficult thing in my life, and has challenged me in ways I would have never thought possible...but I hope those challenges have resulted in real growth). I'm extremely grateful for a loving, caring and funny husband. He knows how to brighten a day, and is always up for new adventures! I'm grateful for loving, caring and healthy parents. And I'm grateful to have a career that I love, am passionate about and work for an agency that is so supportive and flexible!
Life can be difficult, but I'm grateful for all the difficulties! And wine....im grateful for wine! Lol
