Tonight is goat cheese and sundried tomato ravioli with pesto, bread, and a salad mix with nuts and cheese. I still can't cook anything more complex than this. Maybe next week.

We're doing pizza tonight. Probably sheperds pie tomorrow. I'm not sure what we'll have beyond that. I have a tendency to not plan meals too much lol. Maybe hamburgers somewhere in there.

Nothing, I'm too busy cooking for thanksgiving.
Just kidding. Kinda.
Tonight is leftovers, tomorrow is steak and sweet potatoes, Wednesday is edamame spaghetti and meat sauce. Thursday is Thanksgiving, and then leftovers forever.

Last night we had some Asian beef rice bowl and it was really good.
Tonight H is out with a friend so I'll probably eat mashed potatoes and O will have a hot dog.
Tomorrow-Nachos-shredded chicken, bell pepper and onion sauteed together, black beans cook for a few minutes, cheese to preference. I cut up, oil and salt tortillas then and oven roasted them at 350 for about 15 minutes flipping halfway through. It's super easy and delicious.
The rest of the week is Tgiving related or leftovers.
When I went grocery shopping yesterday I was discouraged to realize that there were 3 days of dinner I needed to make before celebrations.

Last night we did pork tenderloin with mushroom/onion gravy, rice, and peas. Tonight is cheesy baked rigatoni. Tomorrow is leftovers. Thursday-weekend will be forms of Thanksgiving food and leftovers.
I've started using emeals.com and it has been SO helpful. I get a meal plan with 7 dinners, and they compile my grocery list for me. If I don't like the meal plan of the week, I can switch to another one. I usually alternate between the budget plans and the 30 minute meal plans.

Sunday was leftovers; last night was french bread pizzas & caesar salads; tonight is alfredo pasta; tomorrow is grilled cheese & tomato soup. After Thursday, it's leftovers until Monday, most likely. I'm prepping for Thanksgiving all week and don't have room in my fridge right now for a ton of leftovers, so the laziest of dinners.

How much is the service? Can you do less than 7 dinners?

I have a pecan pie I picked up this morning sitting on my desk at work. It's taking all my self-control to not dive into it with a fork.

How much is the service? Can you do less than 7 dinners? It’s just the plan and list, and you still buy your own groceries. When my husband is gone, I usually pick 3-4 meals and that’s enough for dinners and lunches for me. It’s pretty cheap, $60 for a year. They even have meal plans specific for stores like Aldi’s, Walmart, etc. I’m a fan.
