Has anyone taken their Feb13 kid to a sporting event? I was thinking of getting Blue Jays tickets for H and my dad as father's day gifts and was debating whether Mac is ready for it or not. Obviously if he goes I'll go along to deal with him so they can enjoy the game if he gets bored and wants to wander around. Im hoping that even if he isn't into the baseball he could be distracted by food.
What does feb13 think? Too young or Not?

I've taken mine to a high school football game. Popcorn distracts her for a while and then she wants to walk around. We've also never stayed past half-time.

DS has been to lots of games - mostly baseball and football.
This year, we went to a baseball game and I was shocked at how into it he was. Other than bathroom and snack breaks, we watched the whole game! He asked about players on the jumbo tron, the cheers, the score, and I did my best to talk through what was happening on the field.
One thing we usually do is find a row that's empty and sit in the middle there, so we can take up a few extra seats with squirming and moving around.

I am way late on this, but wanted to say DS has been going to MLB games since he was 4 months old. He really enjoys going, especially when we go with my mom and dad. There is other stuff going on between innings, and most major league parks have a Kid Zone for restless kiddos. I say do it!
