Have we discussed this yet? Is it too early?
I have so many ideas swirling around. Does anyone know of a site or app where I can consolidate my ideas? Like a story/idea board. Not Pinterest, but like a collage?

This baby will have grey walls, dark brown crib, orange and light blue accents (unless a girl then it will be pink and maroon) and possibly sharing with DS3. If I can get everyone else's names down and in their own rooms, that would be neat.

I am doing a mermaid theme.
Colors will be very light pink, teal, grey and maybe coral & yellow depending on decorations I find. The crib will be white. The room is small so I have to keep things light.

The room is white and yellow, but I'm not gonna purchase anything until the baby is born. There's a girly bedding set I love but I won't buy it since we won't find out until November if it's a boy or a girl lol. DS slept in our room in a cosleeper until he was 5 months old so I've got time

We are doing rainbow theme. Lemme find my Pinterest board. We are switching DD to the bigger room and the baby to the smaller bedroom so we are redecorating both. I am actually pretty excited about it!

That looks adorable thatgolfb! All I know at the moment is that I plan on moving DS out of his crib and using that and probably the matching dresser for this LO. It is off white. There is a slight chance that we move this summer so nothing at all is set in stone. I am toying with moving DS to the current guest bedroom and baby in his room but again, just random thoughts at this point. DS's room is painted yellow so we will probably just add to that.

Amber or Deep Mustard walls. That's all I've got right now.

I'm cheating and not changing a darn thing about decor for the nursery. We will wind up moving DD and baby into the guest room now and make the nursery the guest room but baby will have DD's crib and DD will get a toddler bed.

Pretty sure were going to keep the same elephant theme for this baby as we had for DD. If this one was a boy we'd shake it up and do dinosaurs. Or I'll get bored this summer and just redo it without H's input. Completely possible.

I haven't thought about it yet. Waiting for to know the sex.
We have two kid bedrooms so the new baby will have to share. We have one huge bedroom and then a regular size room. If this is a boy, I will move my daughter to the regular room. If it is a girl, I am not sure about rooming them together yet since she is almost six. So move both smaller kids to the larger room?
Oh, the bedroom arrangement is what my daughter keeps telling me is why we can't have another baby. I asked her if she wanted another sibling and she said we don't have enough bedrooms. Oh well.
I am going to keep the baby in our room for the first few months.
Anyone else rooming kids together? I don't know what would be the best match up.

My girl had a pink lady bug theme. The boy is nautical. The girl has transitioned to an aqua and watermelon color room with a couple of princess artwork pieces.

thatgolfb - locenit! You should be a nursery designer! We're doing yellow walls (not too yellow!). Probably white furniture and gray accents (chair, sheets). Confession- I ordered some crib sheets and an elephant lamp this weekend. Just needed to feel like I did something.

I'm having trouble figuring out the room situation also. We have 3 kid bedrooms. One with a bathroom (ds1's room). One without a bathroom but the same size as the other (ds2's room). And the 3rd (ds3's room) is super tiny. Ds1 is 13 and wants to keep his own room but I'm thinking about bumping 1 & 2 together in room 1 and bumping 3 & 4 together in room 2. Then we will leave the 3rd small bedroom as like a game room that they can spend some alone time in if they need to. That probably makes no sense. I wish I could give you advice but I'm obviously lost, sorry. But you're not alone!

We don't have any more bedrooms so we are putting the crib in the playroom. It's either that or get rid of the playroom, and I am not ready to do that. I love having most of DD's toys confined to that room. She's a great sleeper so we don't want to mess that up by putting her toys in her room, either.
Eventually they'll end up sharing a room or we will buy a new house. Probably sharing. Houses are too expensive here.

I love that thatgolfb, I was thinking adventure themed but I may be copying you! Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk DS had an adventure type theme. His bedding was hot air balloons and we found a bunch of vintage travel poster prints and fun odds and ends to hang on the walls. I really loved it.

DS has a Where the Wild Things Are themed room now. He and DS2 will share. I may trade out the theme but paint and such will stay the same. The walls are yellow, floor is painted white, and furniture is gray.
DS will sleep with me in our playroom (we have a bed in it) for 8 weeks and then we'll probably figure out how to get them in the same room at that point. Our house is tiny and I am hoping we'll move in the next year.

Super cute ideas in here! I'm going to do the walls in SW Sea Salt and when we find out the the sex I'll do peach accents for a girl and I think navy/grey for a boy. I'm thinking woodland theme but I haven't decided yet.

This is the current inspiration. We have a vintage orange dresser already and are leaning towards the babyletto Hudson crib in natural and white. For decor, kinda a mishmash. I'd love to have some watercolor portraits of our 3 pups made. There are some people on Etsy that will take a photo of your pet and turn it into the watercolor. Sorry if these are massive! I wanted to do woodland creatures with lots of foxes with Ds but ended up with just animals. Like monkeys, giraffes etc.
