I did day 66 and 67 today. Doubling up was hard, but doable. I think it helps that I got 8.5 hours of sleep last night and I felt like a million bucks this morning.
Yesterday was day 3 on too little sleep and I wanted to eat ALL THE THINGS and felt completely out of sorts. Today my appetite and eating seems more in control so far. Hope I can keep it up!

I did a strength and a cardio double yesterday. My lungs are on fire just walking across the house, so I was dying by the end.
My plan is to do the last strength today and the fit test tomorrow, but my mom is here this weekend, so I may push it out.

Day 73 + abs done.
I felt better today but I think I’m fighting off a bug. I sweat through my sheets last night and am exhausted. DS is not feeling well today so that doesn’t bode well for me.

I was feeling good today so I did day 68. It felt wonderful. I was tempted to do day 69 too but I don't want to overdo it.

I just have a stupid cold but it's killing my workout motivation. I missed yesterday so have to double up tonight. I do so much better when I do my workouts in the morning.

I did day 74 today. I have no idea what day we are "supposed" to be on right now. I was expecting a fit test day. But I was going to sub it out anyway so whatever. I decided at the last fit test that I'm done with them. I want to be active and get in shape. I'm not interested I'm seeing how many burpees and push ups I can do. They just stress me out for some reason.

Someone asked about us doing 3 rounds of cardio this week-- don't know if it got answered, but I caught Briana saying everyone wanted to do 2 rounds for another week. Ok with me tbh.
She annoyed me with her "if I can find time to work out with 4 kids you can too" pep talk. Like first off, we are more than 2/3 way through, so clearly we've all been finding the time. And also she has at least 2 school aged kids and her and her H both work for BBM...so dare I say that she may have more flexibility than other people. U DONT KNOW MY LYFE BRIANA.

I doubled up again this morning and did 68 and 69 to officially finish week 10. I pushed really hard, was drenched with sweat, and my limbs felt like jello.....but now that I have recovered, I am feeling great.
This would be a great opportunity to keep on pushing ahead and cover some ground in my attempt to catch up........BUT my H and I decided at last minute this week to take a road trip to Colorado for the week (the kiddo is with her mom for Thanksgiving). I guess I will be 2 weeks behind after the holiday. Oh well.
I do plan on keeping active while we are gone and I aim to make all 3 movement goals every day we are traveling. It might be a challenge on the heavy driving days, but I am pretty damn motivated to keep up this streak, so I don't care if I am pacing around gas station parking lots. (Today is 122 days straight)

Just did day 69. I'm so happy that it seems my complete and utter exhaustion over the past two weeks was a virus and not just how this pregnancy is going to go for me, for now, at least.

Thanks for continuing to tag me in here @juliagulia. I haven't checked in for a couple weeks, but I have worked out a few times. I'm lacking the "2ND tri energy" here but reading through this thread is helping me have some motivation. Thanks everyone! I'll try to be more consistent.

Taggin me consistently for the last 10 weeks has really helped. I’ve done 2 of her pregnancy workouts this week and I feel like myself again. Third workout of the week will be tomorrow. I’m hoping I can keep this up until the end of this pregnancy now

Day 74 done today. I took an unexpected rest day yesterday because my body was still fighting something and I couldn't get out of bed. I felt better today so that's a good sign. I didn't want to double up with a fit test, so I'll just skip Monday's rest day.

I've been sick this week and so have the kids so I've only gotten two workouts in so far. I'm going to attempt to double up tonight and just skip the fit test this week to get back on track.
I am amazed that I feel irritated that I haven't been able to get them done, instead of being glad for an excuse not to do them! Apparently I'm really growing in my relationship with exercise.

Just finished Day 74. I got some snazzy new cross trainers that felt great on my feet. My old ones were pretty worn down.

I'm on hold. I barely made it around the block with the dog without hacking up a lung.
I'm going to try and double up on Monday and figure out when to do the fit test sometime next week.

My kids tried everything to keep me from exercising but I got my double in tonight. Whew. Next week will kill me with 3 sets of cardio though, I'm basically faceplanting/melting into my floor after 2.

Fit test done + C25k week 8, day 1.
I think the extra rest the last two days really helped. So for everyone that is feeling under the weather, I say rest and let your body recover.
Fit test results with comparison to day 1:
Speed squats: 56 (+22) High knees: 140 (+50) Push-ups: 30 - 11 regular and the rest modified (+13 and all modified the first day) Squat jumps: 25 (+7) Triceps Dips: 26 (+13) Burpees: 8 (+3) Lunges: 8 (+2, better form) Elbow plank: 90 seconds (+40 seconds)
From day 60 I saw improvement in speed squats, high knees, squat jumps and burpees.

Just did day 71! I always hate when there are any kind of push-ups because I have to swap for something else but otherwise a great workout. I guess I'm only a week behind now but it feel so good to be back at it. LMK when y'all are sick of me talking about how happy I am to be doing these workouts again.
