Nothing creative from me. It’s week 11. The end is close but not too close. I think we all like this phase better than the last one, so yay for that.
Work it hard so you can work the Turkey feast hard next week! And go!

I liked last week a lot. I’m scared for this week though because I’m not sure I’ll survive doing three of those cardio rounds in a row. Two was hard enough.

Day 71 done. I liked today's moves better than last week's strength moves.

I am a week behind, so I did week 10 day 1 today. I liked the workout and it seemed to fly by, but holy cow I felt awkward and clumsy during the transitions. I feel like I am missing some of the intensity because as soon as I realized what move was next, the 15 second cardio boost was halfway over.
I also wasn't a fan of the plank rows—they REALLY hurt my hands and wrists, so I might just do bent over rows with heavier weights for the remainder of the week.

I just did one of her pregnancy workouts and it was no joke. Bitch does not have week 9 fatigue like I do, I guess.

I ended up going to the gym this morning, so I did strength there. I'm counting it as day 71. I'll be doing the cardio workout tomorrow morning.

I've been falling behind, but I doubled up on day 71 and 72 today. I'm hoping to find my motivation again.

Hope your hand feels better today @rosegold.
I did the day 45 fit test yesterday and it was awful. I ate lunch right before which apparently was a dumb move. I did so poorly that I almost want to repeat it today, but I am just going to move on and chalk it up to lessons learned. I ate really healthy and the scale indicated that it appreciated that this morning so I will take it. I am now officially halfway through and really haven't seen much of a change yet (photos, weight...I didn't do measurements) but I know that I am eating more healthy and working out more than I ever have before so I am not going to let myself be discouraged. I know that everything will move in the right direction if I just keep it going.

Andplusalso I will be eating ALLLLL the turkey and things on Thanksgiving. And we are going to an NHL game the day after and I will be eating all the things there as well. So yeah I definitely need to get in every single workout this week!!!

I got up early and did the cardio video twice, I needed more & didn't feel like deciding on another workout that probably had much of the same moves. I am going out tonight & we're getting Mexican. So instead of working off 1/2 a margarita, I think I may have worked off 1 (haha, probably not, though!)
So....why did Brianna take a step back and only have us do 2 rounds of the tabata this week instead of 3? Isn't there only 2-3 weeks left in this challenge? Shouldn't see have us push through?
And all the LOLOLOLOL to her side bun falling out 1 move into the workout (which is only a good look if you're in a galaxy far far away or a Spice Girl). I could have seen that coming a mile away.

I also did the first cardio of week 10 today. I'm digging the tabata format, but I was SPENT after. I usually go on a short run after finishing BBM, but I think I made it only half a mile when I decided to stick with a brisk walk.
It looks like it is going to rain tomorrow, so I might try to double up 66 and 67.....but I am a little nervous about doubling up 2 phase 3 workouts.

Day 72 done. I'm struggling this week and barely motivated for this alone. I'm going to try to get some extra sleep tonight. My body just feels tight and kind of not willing to move.

I think you are right. When I mentioned it to H, he was like "you've been working really hard lately". I just don't see it. I plan on a yoga recovery practice and a bath tonight.

Day 46 was so much better than day 45. It was arms so I was able to do that and a 30 min elliptical workout and it was great. I also had two days in a row of eating really well and I am down almost two pounds since fit test day! Finally!!!!! After 45 days of the scale just not moving it is finally doing something. I knew I was feeling great and have been noticing changes but it's nice to see that it is all finally catching up on that end. I am fitting into my work pants again finally too. It's probably a little sad and counter-productive that about 95% of my motivation right now is to reward myself with food on Thanksgiving, but I rationalize it by saying I would eat whatever I wanted anyway so now I am at least this much ahead.
I want to punch Brianna every time she says that I need to address my nutrition but that is mostly because I know she is right. All of this working out does very little if I am eating poorly. I am really finding though that these small, gradual changes are working well for me and are more lifestyle changes though. Food has always been such a huge and important part of my life, so waking up one day and deciding I am going to immediately do everything differently has never worked for me.
Also my work friends have decided to walk the building after school and invited me along which is awesome. I am trying to squeeze in every bit of active time that I possibly can.
Sorry for the novel, I just feel like I need to put all of this somewhere. It really helps me to share it in order to keep myself motivated. This is easily the most motivated I have ever been in my life to be healthy. It helps that H is so athletic and healthy and is working out so much, but it also helps so much to have all of you. Thank you!
