I need stocking stuffer ideas for K. She'll be 22months.
For gifts I have a couple Go Go smart wheel sets, some puzzles, a couple Tonka trucks, and her big gift is an IKEA kitchen from us. My mom is getting her a PB anywhere chair.
I'm trying not to go overboard because her bday will be two months after xmas, but it's hard since this is the first year she really gets what gifts are.

I need stocking stuffer ideas for K. She'll be 22months. Mini play-dohs, bubbles, maybe some of the go-go cars (or animals, they work with the sets too), bath toys (crayons, crayola tub drops, little foam capsules). I usually just go to the dollar spot in target, or world market, or Michael's and pick up little things for stockings.

BH is getting:
*Step2 Grill and Play cafe (I'm super excited because it's discontinued, but I just picked up a NIB one this morning that someone was selling on Craigslist) *Chanukah book *Christmas book *Chanukah pajamas *Christmas pajamas *vtech ice cream cart *balance board *doctor kit *power ranger costume
And he's asking Santa for a "Chase" (Paw Patrol) so I think I'm going to get him the Holiday version.

So far I've picked up a VTech kids' camera and this robot thing that DS was fascinated with at the store: www.walmart.com/ip/Fisher-Price-Think-Learn-Teach-N-Tag-Movi/55469023/I've completely forgotten what DH put on layaway for him. I think I also want to find some gluten-free Play-Doh because I know he misses that stuff. Edited because Tapatalk ate half my post.

I saw that FP toy on their website over the summer as I was fangirling the latest beatbo toys. It looks super freaking cool. I think it's a little too advanced for K, but I think it would be awesome for a child closer to 3. I wish they had cool toys like this when I was a kid. Maybe this is why I get so excited when finding new things for K to play with.

What are tub drops? I have to be careful because K still puts every fucking thing ever in her mouth. It's like food coloring tablets that turn the water different colors.

I'll have to pick up some of those. She loves her bath crayons so freaking much, so I bet she's love these.

I'm thinking about getting the vtech camera for my soon to be 3 year old for his birthday. He loves using other people's cameras.

We do “something you want, something you need, something to wear, something to read”.
DS1 is getting a watch, a new pillow with his initial on it, not sure what he’ll have to wear, and a pj mask book.
DS2 is getting an initial pillow and a train book, but I haven’t decided on a “wear” or “want” gift for him yet.
Stocking stuffers are usually small Thomas and Friends trains, some candy, new tooth brushes, socks, other random small things.
They do get other gifts from grandparents/aunts etc, but we really don’t like Christmas to be drowning in gifts.

I’m a little overly strict about gifts simply because my son has sensory issues and really melts down and becomes overwhelmed with too many toys/too much clutter. It’s for our sanity, but I do really wish sometimes we could just buy all the things.

One gift a night for the week or so leading up to Christmas. She also rotated toys, a lot.

Love all these ideas! We are getting below for DS1. I don't have anything for DS2 and don't plan to get him anything. He'll only be 2.5 mos and the grandparents have sent so many presents already...plus we have DS1's old baby toys still...don't need anymore stuff!
For DS1: -balance bike -a bunch of books -Cars diecast cars -Japanese Shinkansen electric train set - stocking and stocking stuffers for St. Nick's (we celebrate that)

Taitai I love it! DS has had a Star Wars shirt of some sort in every size so far and that would be perfect for him. 🙂

Additionally, if u have a gap or BR card, it's 50% extra off 16-20 Nov (in store & online), plus another 10% off that if you go in store. There are deals to be had!

I tried to stick to the 4 things rule. I didn't do very well last year though. Maybe I can stick to it this year.

Christmas is a big deal in our household and then my son’s 3rd birthday is 3 days later so I’ve been buying since June to dpread the cost. Honestly though I think it’s just made me buy more because every time I’ve seen something I’ve put it away and now I’m sure I don’t even remember some of the stuff.
My son is getting:
Train table and brio tracks/train Ice cream set for his play kitchen Schleich Griffin knight set (my husband has wanted these since before we had kids and I saw they were getting discontinued so my son is giving daddy a set of the Dragon Knights so they can play together. Lol) Books A couple games A play dr set from his sister
Little girl is getting:
A tunnel/ ball pit/tent combo Books Little People house Soft stacking Blocks Fisher Price’s Grow and Learn The BeatBo Boombox from her brother
This stuff is just from us. Santa went crazy this year. The big thing though is that he is bringing my son a clarinet because that’s what he asked for (one of the toy ones from Young Explorers). Between birthday and Christmas with everyone the kid is getting bells, a woodblock, a clarinet, a recorder, a piano, a ukulele and a xylophone. He loves loves loves instruments so I’m excited but also scared.

Hey guys! Trying to jump back in after being gone and busy for so long. Sold my house and moving in 12 days so hopefully will settle down soon.
I always make a couple of things to give DD. It helps my strict budget. I kept all of her sleepers from her first year and am making a crazy quilt for her bed out of them. Was supposed to do it a year ago and ran out if time. Want to make this simple, tall dollhouse out of wood boards and paint it white for her new room.
I did just buy these two bigger dolls and accessories from Sears since they are closing and was 40% off. They are cute and kind of look like American Girl dolls. I will get a couple of other things but not sure what yet.

I went overboard and it's a twin size so she won't get it until we move her to the big bed, which at this rate won't be until she's in school. Lol
