Man it was hard for me to write the date like that π
Aaaaand... go.
ETA: I just noticed the stupid autocorrect from randoms to fandoms (what the hell is going on with iPhone autocorrect at the moment??) but itβs funny and I donβt know how to edit a thread heading so weβll have to stick with this.

I figured out today that Iβve been feeling like I was getting a cold for 2 or 3 weeks now. Tired, headache, a bit off. The cold never came. Iβve decided this is just how Iβm going to feel during this pregnancy. I donβt get a chance to relax and rest on the weekend before another busy week begins with a 2.5 year old. This is just what pregnancy feels like as a mum. Now that Iβve figured that out, itβs kind of a relief. Iβll just get used to it now.

adeline, maybe it's the weather combined with preg fatigue? I know it's sinus headaches, etc. have been hitting people here hard. My husband is convinced he's dying from a man cold right now, but I'm 99% sure it's the change in temp just like every year. Whatever it is, I hope you get some relief soon.

And lol at "fandoms" for the week. I was like, would you like to hear about my Harry Potter collection?
We're starting Christmas early, since we had to celebrate Thanksgiving today. I just ordered some musical Christmas lights off Amazon. I'm normally doing everything super late so this is weird.

Itβs been a crazy weekend. Started on Thursday when I had my friendβs 2.5yo DD overnight unexpectedly. My friend is pregnant and ended up in the ER. Thankfully all is fine but then we couldnβt get ready for DHβs friend who arrived Friday to stay with us his weekend. Then they spent almost all of the weekend over at another friendβs house. Like DH got home at 3:30am Sunday. Then they were over here last night. But at least I got them to move our absurdly heavy coffee table so I could put the area rug back that was still up from potty training DD.
And through all this DD has just gotten really sick with another cold. Iβm so glad we have an appointment with an asthma doctor today anyways. Her breathing sounds rough and she was up half the night coughing.

I laughed at fandoms too. Thought, okay, thatβs a new one for GTKY. Meeting our realtor to look at a house today. We saw it a few months ago and itβs still our strongest contender, so weβre going back for another look. My first OB appointment is this week! Yay! robot hope LO recovers soon.

Back in May when my parents were up visiting, my dad built us a loft bed. In September, they came up again and he built me the stairs for it lol. The air mattress that we had been sleeping on finally gave up the ghost so we've actually been sleeping in the loft bed the past few nights, yay! I really love it, it's so cozy up there =)

I made it to the gym today on my lunch. I can only walk at a 2.5 mile pace without getting RLP, but Iβm moving. Iβm calling it a win.

I'm hoping to start getting some kind of movement back into my life. I don't think I'll be able to pull off Zumba again (the idea of jumping around makes me nauseous) but I need to do something.

My bump has just all of a sudden popped the last few days. It's so bizarre. Like it was nothing and them boom. I definitely do not remember this with DD. I'm wearing my jeans unbuttoned with my belly band today.

I feel like a bottomless pit of hunger today. Also had my NT scan and everything looked great! I celebrated with a blueberry scone and a decaf mocha. It's feeling so much more real after watching baby bounce around!

Iβve been thinking about getting a belly band because I just bought jeans that I love a few months ago, and itβs a bummer to not really get to wear them. I can button them but the pressure on my belly makes my already terrible nausea worse. Yours works well?

DD gave me her cough, which is especially fun when you are already fighting the urge to gag/vomit all day. Hooray.

I used it with DD and itβs working well this time too. I agree, I canβt handle the pressure from my pants either. Itβll buy me a couple weeks while I sort out all my maternity stuff and order some new things. I could wear it much longer but Iβll get ready to just be in maternity eventually.

I was just looking and talking to H about it and I think I'll buy a belly band on black friday or cyber monday. I really have no pants that fit right now without really cutting into my bloated belly, and even the few pairs of leggings I have cut in, so much so that the doctor at the ER last night asked me what the scar on my belly was from. Ummm, oops, that's just my leggings cutting in!

robot the brand would be great, thanks! Mine is a bellaband. I think I got it at Target but they have them on Amazon. I would say size down if you're borderline.

robot, how's your DD doing now? I hope she recovers fast. She actually slept last night! The asthma specialist gave us a new regimen to try and she wasnβt up all night coughing. It was so nice. Thanks for checking

I am so tired. I feel like I can never get enough sleep. My boys were in preschool yesterday and I napped basically the whole time (9:30-1 or so). And then went to bed around 8. I'm still dragging today. I don't remember being this exhausted at this stage last time around. (15 weeks)

I'm writing out my Thanksgiving meal plan and I can't decide between brussels sprouts or acorn squash. I'm going to browse Pinterest for a recipe that screams MAKE ME for either and decide from there.

I woke up with the most intense NEED to have coffee cake this morning. Not like a "gee, it'd be nice to have some coffee cake this morning". More like "GET ME COFFEE CAKE IN MY MOUTH AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE". So now I have a gigantic coffee cake and I plan to eat most of it lol

Luckily I have a coffee date before storytime today so it's a real possibility. I only feel good during the act of shoving carbs in my face these last few days.

Something in my office building smells faintly of skunk and it's making me bananas. And nauseous.
I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon but it's with an OB I haven't seen before, since my regular doctor is still off until tomorrow due to her house burning down. I'm excited for the excuse to leave work early and get out of this stinky building...5 1/2 more hours though, ugh.

I posted yesterday in the check in about feeling sporadic flutters the last three or so weeks, but I just felt the first full on kick.
