I swore with my first I saw the doctors more frequently-but that could have been over six years memory. I had my initial OB appointment at 6 weeks, then an early scan at 7/8 weeks. I am 9 weeks and just had my genetics appointment-but there was no physical exam, heartbeat listening, etc. I have my CVS scan in a couple of weeks, but my next doctors appointment in a month.
I guess i am more paranoid because of my early miscarriage before this pregnancy. (All of my ultrasounds are taken at a different facility for insurance reasons----so it isn't like that is coupled with a doctor's appointment). However my doctors seemed not concerned about the MC impacting this pregnancy at all.
I guess I was expecting more doctor's appointments in the beginning.

I actually had more appointments as time went on. My office does an initial dating U/S and 8 wk appt, the NT scan and 12 week appt, 16 week appt, A/S and 20 wk appt. Then every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, when it switches to every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, then weekly.
I had a bunch of extra U/S toward the end of last pregnancy because V was breech for a while, low amniotic fluid was suspected, and I developed high blood pressure.
It’s so hard not to worry, but it sounds like you’re getting the right amount of care at this point. At 9 weeks they can’t hear the HB with the Doppler, and trying to freaks people out. My appointments have also not included a physical exam outside of BP and weight.

First appointment with OB was at 6+4. Every four weeks following that (so 10+4, and 14+4, and my next is scheduled at 18+4). I met with the MFM for the first time at 13+4 and will see him again at 18+4 as well for my anatomy scan. Ultrasounds were done at my first two appointments in office at my OB’s.
ETA: I’ll continue with every 4 weeks with the OB until 28 or 30 weeks, I don’t remember which, and then start going every two weeks until 36 weeks, which will be weekly appointments until delivery. I’ll also be seeing the MFM, however I’m not sure how frequently following the anatomy scan next month prior to third tri. And I will also have twice weekly NSTS starting at 32 weeks in the OB’s office. Basically, I live there towards the end of pregnancy.

As far as I know every 4 weeks is very normal in the beginning. I’ve had 2 early losses and neither of my practices saw this as a reason to see me more, just to do an ultrasound slightly earlier for hb confirmation. 6w last time around, 7w this time. Since I was seen at 7w I had my 11 week appointment this past week (would have been no ultrasound but they did a quick one in office since she couldn’t find the hb on Doppler). Then next one will be at 15w. Since I had NIPT I won’t have a NT scan so I guess I likely won’t have another ultrasound until my anatomy scan.

My schedule is also similar to budders. The NT scan is optional so not everyone gets that. My insurance covers it so why not go and get to see the baby? Also, I want to know about any possible issues that the baby might have so I can be prepared in whatever way possible. My 12 week appointment was yesterday and I got a bonus sonogram since they couldn't find the heartbeat with the doppler. I go back every 4 weeks until 32 then biweekly until 36 and weekly thereafter. My A/S is scheduled for 19.5 weeks and I'll have a growth scan done around 32 weeks.

Last time, I had ultrasounds at : 7 weeks, 12 weeks, 22 weeks, 30 weeks and then every other day past my due date (had DD at 42 weeks). Starting at 20 weeks, I alternated bimonthly appointments between a midwife and a doctor.
This time, I have ultrasounds and doctors appointments monthly until the third trimester, then they will be bimonthly. Towards the end I’ll go in every few days.

For pregnancy #2 and #3: every 4 weeks until 32, then every 2 weeks, then weekly near the end. Three u/s: due date confirmation, NT, anatomy. With my first I was high risk (I have a bicornuate uterus) and had an u/s every visit, but I encountered no problems and have been low risk for #2 and #3.

My midwife schedules an ultrasound at about 8 weeks only if you aren't sure of LMP or if you have irregular cycles. The first appointment is with the OB nurse at around the same time. I just had my first appointment with my midwife at 10w4d. They are then scheduled every 4 weeks until 36 weeks and then it's every 2 weeks. A/S is scheduled for 19/20 weeks.

First visit around 8 weeks, then every 4 weeks until 30-32 weeks, then every 2 weeks until 36, then weekly. I get 3 or 4 us. Dating in the office, then Nuchal and anatomy. I will get one at the end to make sure baby is head down. My ob is trialing virtual visits. They are giving me a bp cuff and a Doppler and 2 or 3 visits I get to basically FaceTime him and give him my stats. Kinda excited about doing a couple visits from home.

Assuming all is normal, I'll have appointments every 4 weeks from 8-28, then every 2 weeks until 36, and then weekly until delivery. NT (optional) at 12 weeks and AS at 20 weeks - both done at a perinatal office and are in addition to regular OB appointments.

Every four weeks. I think with DS, I started going every 2 weeks at 28 weeks and weekly the last month.

Starting at 8-10 weeks, appointments every 4 weeks plus the anatomy scan. Then every two weeks around the start of third tri, then every week later on.

My schedule is also first appt. around 8 weeks, then every 4 weeks until 32 weeks. At my practice (which is new to me, we moved after having LO), you have to ask for any genetic testing, it's not regularly offered. I also have to see an MFM for a different reason, so I'm combining that with genetic counseling on November 27 at 12w5d. I'm not sure if they'll do an NIPT for me, but I'm hoping they'll at least do an NT scan.
