I wonder how many of these will be outside the statute of limitations. I'm not sure how it all works. I'm glad they're not just being left in the back of some old closet and at least they're trying to gather leads, though!

It makes me crazy that there is a backlog. It's my understanding that all over the country this is a problem. I know it was in Massachusetts when I lived there.
