So this past weekend was my loss milestone and it hit me really hard. Plus my nausea seemed to randomly disappear. This had me 100% convinced that it is over. Yesterday morning I lost it on DH and my first appointment was supposed to be next Monday. I just couldn't wait so before work I went by the dr's office and told them the symptom change and basically begged for an earlier appointment. At lunch they called and said I could come in yesterday mid afternoon but I couldn't leave work in the middle of the afternoon with no notice so I'm going in Thursday am which I'm happy about except DH is leaving for a work trip on Thursday am. Sigh. The "good" news is I puked This morning. Lol. Sorry for the stream of consciousness. I hope my dr's office doesn't think I'm a crazy nut.

I'm sorry you've been struggling. I completely understand. I was so sick the first time, then my symptoms went away around 12w, so we thought "oh yay! Placenta taking over = no more nausea...". 2 weeks later we found out it was a MMC. This time around, again, I was super sick and then one day I woke up fine. Three days later I was still symptom free and panicking. Finally, after six days of no symptoms I called my Dr and I think I was so agitated bc I referenced the loss that they got me an ultrasound. And the morning of my u/s I got sick again 😂 And I felt like a fool but I was also in full on panic mode for that week of no symptoms.
Don't feel badly about it!! And I hope your u/s goes well 💜
