Day 65 done. I liked it! But 4 rounds eventually will be super tough. I'm scared. I liked it in the sense that 20 seconds is usually my limit before I want to die, ha. And I think my body needs that extra cardio on the strength days too, so I'm hoping I see some okay results with phase 3. Haha yes, same here! And at the end I laid on the floor and felt like I was dying. Had I drank any water during that I absolutely would have puked it up, I don't know how she was chugging it?!

I’m not sure if I should increase weight or not. On some moves I could probably swing it but on others I’m still struggling with 8’s.

Day 66 done + Jessica Smith abs. I definitely did better this time but some of these transitions are rough. The pogo hop things are still a hot mess.

I’m going back to target to hunt for another 10 lb weight. I did the bicep curls with one 10 and one 8 today and H was looking at me like I had lost my damn mind.

I did day 64 even though I'm still sick and even though it almost killed me I feel better. My mood is significantly improved, at least. I feel like I won't forgive myself if I give up on this challenge.

I did Day 66. Much less sloppy. I tried upping my weight with wrist weights but they're too cumbersome. Looks like I'm shopping for some 12s! 💪🏻

Day 65 in the books. I kicked my hand at a weird angle during the quad stretch and my finger hurts so bad. It’s been a day, guys.

I had to finish day 66 with my 2.5yo yelling in the background "I no like it!!" K, stop getting up before 6 then!
Not sure if its cause I missed a few days or just cause we're in phase 3, but my body is so sore after the last couple days.

Add me to the list of people who misread loony's question. I did Day 67 this morning along with Jessica Smith's 14 min plyometric workout. I was very sweaty (I spared the IG world my selfie).

Did 66 today, I think. 2nd cardio day. Got a cramp in my side from it. The next few weeks will be fun.

I think my finger is somewhat fucked. I can’t put weight on it. I will probably have to go to the urgent care if it doesn’t get better. Everyone is saying to buddy tape it, but it also hurts to straighten. Idk, I’ll probaly just use 1 weight tomorrow so I don’t completely fall off the wagon.
