Cycle/month: 6/6
CD/DPO: 15/1
Timing: -2
Testing Plans: 12dpo if temps don’t drop (if I can be patient ha!)
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: nothing to note here.
QOTW: What is your favorite Thanksgiving/holiday food? Stuffing as long as it doesn’t have raisins in it! Just give me the plain stovetop!

Cycle/month: 1/1
CD/DPO: 34/9
Timing: O
Testing Plans: I may test tomorrow, but if I can stand to wait longer I will. Lately I've been so busy (I'm in the middle of moving) that it's been relatively easy to focus on other things.
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: I have had so much cramping I am convinced my period will be here any minute.
QOTW: What is your favorite Thanksgiving/holiday food? Mmmmmmmm mashed potatoes and gravy. Except for the year my mom used powdered sugar instead of flour to thicken the gravy....thanksgiving was ruined that year!

Cycle/month: 1/1 CD/DPO: CD35/12DPO Timing: -4, -2, O, +1 Testing Plans: BFNs at 8, 9, 10, 11, and (today) 12DPO. No willpower. Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: Not a hint of spotting or cramping, which is making me hold out hope even with a BFN at 12DPO, since I have weak ovulation and always spot for days before AF. However, it is probably just leftover progesterone from the Nexplanon I took out last month or something. But it's messing with my head. QOTW: What is your favorite Thanksgiving/holiday food? First, I have to say that I'm surprised mashed potatoes are so popular. Y'all must have better recipes than my family, I never think it's anything special? I'm looking forward to the homemade pie, pumpkin or apple. goldenbird Yay for TTC in a few days!! kam3100 Lol, best wishes for patience! turtledove I'm glad you're so busy in the TWW, it makes it so much easier. Lol your poor mom!

Cycle/month: 12 -- 3 AL
CD/DPO: 22/10
Timing: -4, -1, O, +1
Testing Plans: I tested yesterday and today, both negative. I know it's early but I have no self control. I'll likely test daily until AF shows.
Rants, Raves, Chart Stalks: I am 50/50 for this cycle. One minute I feel really hopeful and the next I feel like AF is on the way. I'm just tired of this. A year of all the ups and downs and disappointments of TTC. I want to ask my Dr about testing but idk if she'll want me to wait until it's been another year since I did get pregnant (but had a loss).
QOTW: What is your favorite Thanksgiving/holiday food?
I can't pick just One! My favorite part is making a sandwich with a roll, mashed potatoes, Turkey, and dipping it in gravy.

kam3100 I am a stovetop stuffing girl too. I always feel like homemade stuffing is soggy or not as good. Gimme all the stovetop.

A year of all the ups and downs and disappointments of TTC. I want to ask my Dr about testing but idk if she'll want me to wait until it's been another year since I did get pregnant (but had a loss). This. Exactly this. It is so convincing either way. As far as the timing for IF testing...the official ASRM guidelines say "An evaluation of a woman for infertility is appropriate for women who have not become pregnant after having 12 months of regular, unprotected intercourse." So that would mean waiting another year after a loss, and potentially after a subsequent loss, until success or a 3rd loss which would precipitate repeat loss testing. However, and this might be an UO, but out of a sense of humanity and compassion I would absolutely encourage a friend to move ahead with testing if it had been a year, her conception had resulted in loss, and she was feeling a sense of urgency and wanted to go for testing. I would suggest that any cycles spent TTA due to the loss couldn't really be considered as part of the 12 months, as frustrating as that could be. But I think there's a fine line between impatience and borrowing trouble, and stressing and suffering for no good reason. And after wasting over 5 years TTC naturally without success, I'm totally on Team Schedule-an-RE-Appointment-for-Day-366-TTC. I'd suggest talking to your dr about her timeline when you feel ready, see if you feel comfortable with her recommendation, and if not, do a bit of research into it?

I had previously told myself I'd wait until February 2018 to talk to my doctor about testing. That would make up 12 cycles of trying. I put that I am on month 12 because it has been 12 long, frustrating, heartbreaking months since we started trying for a baby. It didn't feel "fair" (I can't think of a better word) to not count the months consumed by my loss.

I think I got a positive. It's v v v light, I'm only 11 DPO. I go back and forth between thinking it's real and thinking the tests are wrong. I have so many emotions. I'll test again tomorrow and hopefully there's a darker line.
I would appreciate any and all thoughts and prayers.

The line is still light, but its definitely there and I feel confident saying it's real and not an evap/indent.
I'm excited, shocked, terrified, anxious, and much more. I think I'll have to repeat "today I'm pregnant." to myself for quite a while.
