Rama, ditto to PP, endo can only truly be diagnosed with a lap. I had suspected endo from the age of 17, so I started on continuous BCP (no placebos) and that helped control the symptoms till I started TTC. I didn't actually have a lap until I had been TTC without success for 11 months. If she has something other than endo they might be able to see something with an ultrasound, but if it is endo (which sounds very possible) her options really are to have the surgery or to just try treatment (such as I had with BCP) to see if it controls the pain.

I can understand the emotions you are having about when your next u/s is (I hope it goes well). longhornwino, I will be thinking of you this weekend. It sounds like you are ready for this baby! scrang, I was released to my OB around 8 weeks. I hope the spotting resolves soon. I had spotting early on, so I can relate to your feelings.

It's gotten steadily worse each pregnancy. laurensc927 and kensie5226, you are so close! scrang, I'm right there with you.
