What are your goals for this week? I would like to hit the gym 5x, eat healthy lunches and breakfasts. I also am going to bring my snowshoes to work this week so I can go for walks on breaks.
What has been going well? Ummm I have been working out a decent amount
What needs some work? Food has done a major backslide in the last 2 weeks. I need to get back on making healthier choices.
GTKY: What is your favourite healthy meal? I really like shrimp and any kind of seafood. Broiled parmesan tilapia, roasted garlic broccoli and seasoned cauliflower rice is a fave.

Hiii..
To hit the gym 3 times. Stick to my low carb choices and drink lots of water. To get up and move during lunch.
Eating a pretty low carb diet. Although some days are worse because hello, i love carbs.
Sticking to my low carb diet...lol and getting to the gym.
I love seafood. love love love. also, brussel sprouts with garlic and lemon, asparagus with sauteed mushrooms and garlic, sautteed spinach with garlic and white wine plus lemon. filets.

Hello! I am on weight watchers ( seems to be working, yay!) so I am watching all my meals What are your goals for this week?
Hoping to get 50 miles on the bike this week. I have three weeks until my procedure, so I'd like my heart to be in great shape! and my ass. Mostly my ass. edit: follow directions peek.
