Have you changed your skincare routine since getting knocked up? What do you do?
My skin has always been oily, but now it’s a weird mix of oily and super dry with skin flaking. I’ve also started getting acne.
Any recs?

I have a Clarisonic face brush and I’ve just been using that with cetaphil face wash and moisturizing cream.
I only use the Clarisonic three times a week because my skin has also been sensitive.

I use bliss face wash but to be honest I’ve been washing my face less and it’s never looked better (don’t hate me!)

My skin went totally wonky after having O. I finally found products that work well in August just in time to get pregnant. I'd developed insanely sensitive eczema on my cheekbones so I have to keep it very hydrated. I dropped some cash on Philosophy stuff and it's working well. I use Philosophy Purity face wash, Philosophy Hope in a Jar dry, and Philosophy Time in a Bottle. I still can't wear foundation, powder, or blush but there are worse things in the world.
I am starting to breakout on my chin and I'm like IDK what to do that won't wreck my skin. So I'm just letting it go.

Oh yeah, the same breakouts I got with DD already stared this time. It sucks. I think I am blaming my anti-aging cream. I stopped using it last week and fx, but so far I haven’t had anymore breakouts. I use a tree tea oil wash from Trader Joe’s that is gentle but helps keep oil in check. That seems to still be ok so far.

Another vote for tea tree oil products. I have some Body shop ones in the mail that someone here recommended. I used African black soap during my last pregnancy as well as finacea ($$$ rx) and my skin still sucked. I started getting horrendous body acne at 5 weeks last time, and not this time so I'm just crossing my fingers that I just get lucky this time and don't have as many y issues.
I have a mandelic acid serum from Make Up Artists Choice that seems to work well on acne if I use it every other night and don't overdo it and dry out my skin.
