I took a sick day but sent the kids to school. O was in good spirits today so hopefully the pain has decreased. I am legitimately sick but I need to finish staining the play set before the weather gets too cold. It’s supposed to be 70s today. 😎

M has thrown up about 10 times in the past 2 hours. Seriously, what kind of stomach virus does this?
Should I take her somewhere else like urgent care?

tgrimes Poor M, that's a lot of vomit. I'd be worried about dehydration since I'm guessing she can't hold anything down. I'd take her in.

tgrimes, poor thing. I'd probably watch her to see if she's still peeing and take her in if she seems dehydrated. If she continues puking at that rate though I'd take her in for sure though, that's scary.

I'm in a shit mood. I've been at work for an hour and half and only answered emails, I've done no real productive work.
We are all frustrated that our CEO signed papers in NY, but no one has said anything to us about what's happening. And the 2 people directly below the CEO, are both conveniently out of the office today. Everyone is gossiping. The lack of communication is definitely not helping the situation.

I tried to surprise MH by asking his parent's to take the kids overnight next Saturday for our anniversary. Turns out he tried to do the same thing!

She can’t keep the zofran down, or anything else for that matter. Do they make zofran in suppository form?

When y’all say to take her in, do you mean back to the pedi or to urgent care?
I don’t really want to go back to the pedi for him to tell me the exact same thing as yesterday, KWIM?

tgrimes I would call and ask what signs to look for and when they want me to come in. Also letting her suck on a popsicle might work. I’m sorry she’s feeling so terrible, poor girl.

tgrimes, I'd call the nurse at your pedi as well. I wouldn't do urgent care mostly because I don't think they're as good. At least around here they don't seem to be. They tend to just throw medicine at everyone and call it a day.

Morning! B is at school so C and I are out doing some errands. I’m worried that the outfit I had picked out for her for our family pics this weekend is too “much”, so looking for a back up. 🙄
