Symptoms: my sciatic pain has flared up a teensy bit again but it hasn't been too terrible

Appointments: I had my anatomy scan last week and all looked good except for a small concern about the placenta. I have to go back in eight weeks to see if it resolved. Otherwise I don’t have another appointment until mid November.

Symptoms: tired all of the time. Heartburn. Some lingering nausea. Lots and lots of movement.

Milestones: can’t think of any this week.

Rants/Raves/Vents: finally over these colds and feeling better but I just am so tired all of the time. I need a break from work but I’m so busy I know there is zero chance of even a mini vacation.

GTKY: What is your favorite candy?
I’m not a huge candy person. I like sour straws because they are super sour. They blow sour patch kids out of the water. “Traditional” candy - peanut butter Twix which they don’t sell anywhere!!

Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm a little anxious about my anatomy u/s this morning, especially because DH couldn't come with me, but hopefully it's just some lingering PGAL brain.

GTKY: What is your favorite candy? Good timing for this question. I'm stealing all the Kit Kat's from my kid's candy bucket. I also love sour patch kids, especially this pregnancy.

It's fiiiinally cooling off out here so I can shift to cooler-weather, cozy clothes!

Appointments: had one last Friday, and babe looks good (although my weight gain was a bit high).  Next w/ the OB is 11/28.  I'm supposed to have my A/S sometime before then, but I'm having issues getting it scheduled since it's done at a different office.

Symptoms: no vomiting this past week and no nausea the past 2 days *knocks on all the things*  Other than that, heartburn, backache/sciatic pain, and on and off sore boobs.

Milestones: feeling baby move from the outside, and more consistently feeling movement.

Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm having to change positions a lot because the backache/sciatic pain is really bothering me, no matter what I'm doing (standing, sitting, laying down).  I *think* I'm remembering correctly that the same thing happened last pregnancy, so I'm just trying to remind myself that it will eventually get better.
 
GTKY: Anything chocolate, especially Twix and Milkey Way.

I think so, unless I'm not calculating right. I believe anyone due the last week in April is 14+ weeks. That puts us all in 2nd tri. 😊

Rants/Raves/Vents: I guess I’m feeling disconnected from this baby a bit. I love them and am excited but I have less time to dote on them as opposed to last time. I’d say that’s common with subsequent pregnancies though. Baby is pretty chill compared to DS at this point. I hope it continues and I get a unicorn baby. 🤞

Weeks pregnant: 13.5

Baby is the size of a: somewhere between scoop of ice cream and an 8oz filet mignon.

FTM/STM/TTM/etc: third, 6 year old son and 2.5 year old daughter.

Team: GREEN!, but I got my anatomy scan date today and I almost want to find out then.

Appointments: met with the MFM for the first time this morning. As of now, baby is measuring on time and my uterine wall is nice & thick, so all is well. I see my regular OB next week and I think I'll get my delivery date then, too, hopefully. My anatomy scan is on 12/6 at 9:30 in the morning.

Symptoms: nausea/vomiting; heartburn; some exhaustion, but nothing too crazy; RLP.

Milestones: 2nd tri starts Saturday! That means I'll wake up with energy & motivation then, right?

Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm kind of able to handle coffee again, just not when I make it at home, which is both a rant & a rave, since we live at least a 15 minute drive one way from coffee.

GTKY: What is your favorite candy? It depends on my mood. For chocolate, either Almond Joy, 3 Musketeers, or Dove Promises; but I also really really love Swedish Fish, Sour Patch Kids, and Fresh Thyme's Gummy Bears.

katietopaz is right. I am due on 5/5, but due to my uterus thinning so drastically during my second c-section, I'll be delivering in April sometime most likely closer to 36 weeks than 39.
