Highs: I have continued to maintain a healthy diet. Even when eating out. Smart choices are becoming easier and easier. Lows: I haven't been exercising like I want to. Goals: To exercise everyday throughout the week and to maintain my healthy eating choices. Most recent non scale victory (nsv) - a pair of size 12 pants, that i was able to wear for the first time since before my pregnancy with C about 3 weeks ago, are now falling off my hips.

Highs: I was able to mostly stick to diet while away all weekend (though I did have an unfortunate/awesome fling with chips and guacamole)
Lows: no exercise for like 6 days. Oof.
Goals: GET MOVING!
NSV: I'm in my pre-preg shorts and they're loose. Holla!

High: Schedules an Orange Theory free trial/consultation for Saturday morning. I'm excited and nervous. If I like it I'll probably sign up.
Low: My bladder is so shot from having Ben. I can't run (or jump) without wearing a poise pad... I'm always scared I'll leak and someone will notice.
Goal: Stop snacking before bed!!
NSV: I'm lifting heaving weights/more reps than I've ever done on my own before.

avocadotoast have you ever considered a pelvic floor physical therapist? I've heard good things and I think I might try it. They are actual physiotherapists so if you have insurance for that you can get it covered.

I might have another nsv but the jury is still out. I've had pretty bad neck pain almost my whole life. It almost always feel at least a little sore. Things like looking up for long periods of time make it hurt, same with side to side. I've been doing hammer and chisel though beachbody which is a strength training workout and I think my neck feels better. I'm not sure if it's a placebo effect or what. I remember when this program first came out, a page I followed had a similar result. Her back muscles strengthened which helped her neck. I've been wanting to do this program since then but it's expensive (need heavy weights, among a few other things). I'm starting week 4 today and I'm already lifting slightly heavier. So that's a huge plus.

Anyway, I'm noticing my neck Does not feel as right, or sore. When they took X-rays of my neck I could barely look up long enough (without pain) for them to get an xray

Please help me be accountable. I keep starting shit and not finishing it.
Highs: I have my diet mostly (see below) in control again, cutting out all the treats and excess bread.
Low: I finished a whole bag of twizzlers that my mum brought over to my house over two days. I've since asked her not to be so generous in randomly treating me.
Goals: Continue 30 Day Shred (I'm on Day 3).
NSV: I did two workouts in one day on Tuesday, and felt fantastic.

Oh, and I have a bachelorette party this weekend and it's basically going to be a pig-out slumber party with lots of booze. I'm worried I will succumb to peer pressure and be ridiculous with the junk food, as well as give up on working out this weekend. Guys, bully me.

Highs: I finally ordered my exercise step! Low: I still haven't done any exercise other than Pilates since we moved. A month ago. Goals: get back in the swing of things. I'm pretty good about sticking to a regimen once I get started, I just need to make that first step. I've been feeling pretty down lately and I think exercise will help. Endorphins and all that jazz. NSV: I can fit in most of my pre-pregnancy pants! They are a little tight on the thighs, but they're wearable. First STEP! Ha! Hope you're feeling better soon!

Still frustrated that the scale isn't budging. I had a goal weight by June and I am 10lbs away from it. I was 2 lbs away from it a few months ago then my self control stopped working and now I can't stop eating the junk food.

taketheshot , that's where I am too. Totally frustrating. I gave up for a bit there for the same reason. Maybe take a scale break? I did and it was good for my mood. I have been reading a lot about working out LOL. This weekend, I will put it into action hahaha. I swear. Someone make me. RunsforWineandCarbs , I will say it right now. I am going to do Fitkini workout 1 tonight. THIS EVENING.
