We will discuss through 11/2, and I will make a poll at that time to vote on December's book.

I just read The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro (he just won the Nobel Prize for Literature). I don't think there are any real TWs, it's about 250 pages, and very thought provoking. Just throwing that out as a new title. It is also not a new book, so hopefully that might make it easier to get your hands on it?

I have a list of “to-read” books in my phone, but none of them are holiday themed and I agree with angelashly that something along those lines would be fun.

+1 to a Christmas themed book - that sounds like fun!

Making the poll. We'll go ahead and go Christmas themed for December, since that seemed to be the consensus of those who participated in the discussion. I'll save the other suggestion we received for January's book. ( byjove)
