GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween?

Take my kids out for a short time to trick-or-treat and then hand out candy the rest of the time here at home. It's only supposed to be 36 for the high that day, so hoping to take my girls out before it gets too dark and the temp drops even more.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween?  We have our city's Halloween parade Sunday so we're having a bunch of people over for that (assuming it doesn't rain).  On Halloween we're going trick or treating with friends of ours.  I just finished our Halloween costumes last night and they came out pretty well so I'm excited

Appointments: Had my anatomy scan yesterday! All went well. She was moving all around and we got some cute pictures. Next appointment isn't for another month.

Symptoms: Little bits of movement. Minor sciatic pain occasionally.

Milestones: Almost halfway there.

Rants/Raves/Vents: My MIL is still annoying the crap out of me by bringing up my pregnancy EVERY CHANCE SHE GETS. I hate the attention and I've told her point blank that I need some space. And still yesterday she went out of her way to compliment my belly even though I was wearing a coat and there was nothing to see. Lol. I wish there was a way to avoid seeing her until March.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? We have friends coming over so all the kids can trick or treat together. I'll get pizzas for everyone and we will walk around our neighborhood. DS is dressing up as Snoopy. He looks adorable.

Symptoms:I feel and look like I'm 30 weeks. I'm feeling ok, but just more pregnant than I actual am.

Rants/Raves/Vents: Still dealing with pink eye, so that's annoying. I cleaned out the girls closets ready to move them in together and went through all the girl clothes pulling out what we can use for a boy. I have a ton of boxes in the garage ready for donation, but waiting for the A/S just for confirmation it's a boy from the A/S.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Taking the kids around the neighborhood for ToTing, our 1 year old won't go as long so I'll take her back after a bit and her and I will hand out the candy while DH and DD#1 continue on.

Team: PINK - but now I'm worried my Sneakpeek was wrong since the Panorama came back with NOTHING. It's probably in my head, but whatever.

Appointments: Friday - plus I am getting a sono at a boutique (see above) to confirm gender

Symptoms: swollen feet. i really do not know why this is happening NOW.

Milestones: I didn't take my diclegis last night. I feel NORMAL. Could it be? OR did I just jinx myself.

Rants/Raves/Vents: I'm still rather peeved at my Ob's office, but I'll get over it. I need more maternity shirts, but nothing looks good in the Plus Size field right now.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? - Kids will go ToT'ing with Dad, He'll set up the fire pit in the driveway, and I'll hand out candy with a big comfy blanket on me. Our neighbors will probably come over and drink (sad panda) by the fire.

cornpop i have one this time around too and i think it was maybe last week that i really started feeling things. i feel like this baby is so chill compared to dd, but i'm guessing it's just the anterior placenta. hopefully you start feeling baby soon!

Rants/Raves/Vents: I need more rest. Took a day off yesterday, just to mentally recharge, and I need more. I can't afford to spend my leave too much this early, but man could I really use a good, long, weekend without talking to another human being.

Team: finding out. My brother and close friend now know the gender since they're helping with the reveal and it feels so weird that they know and we don't yet. Hurry up, Nov 4!

Appointments: OB 11/10

Symptoms: a bit of insomnia, painful tossing and turning throughout the night. Is that normal? When I switch positions or re-adjust, my muscles feel so sore and I feel like I'm going to pull a muscle. Also it's getting harder to switch positions and it seems like my core muscles have lost all their power over the last few months.

Milestones: none I can think of

Rants/Raves/Vents: A coworker compared my bump to the bump of another coworker who is due this Sunday. "You got twins in there?!?" Uh, nope, but thanks.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? I can't decide whether to get any candy to pass out for trick or treating. There seems to be a decent amount of families with kids in our neighborhood, but the past couple years we've had like 2 groups of a few kids come to our door. And then I'm left with LOTS of candy. We have a Halloween party Saturday night, but I'm not feeling like trying to come up with a costume so I may just be a Halloween scrooge and not dress up.

Rants/Raves/Vents: This has been the craziest week ever. DH is on the verge of a job offer, and naturally I'm most worried about the health insurance. I'm desperately hoping that whatever job he moves on to next will have insurance that lets me stay with my medical group/OB/hospital. Like...I've considered getting insurance through the marketplace so I can stay.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? We're hosting our fourth annual halloween party and finally landed on a family costume: s'mores! I'll be a graham cracker, the bump will be a marshmallow, DS will be a Hershey bar, and DH will be the other graham cracker.

That’s the earliest we could coordinate our schedule with both sides of our family so we could all find out together. Both of our families live 3 hours away, otherwise it would have been much easier to plan!

Weeks pregnant: 19 weeks, 4 days

Team: I have just under two weeks to decide if I want to switch from team green to team finding out.

Appointments: 11/7 for a/s and initial appointment with MFM. 11/8 with my OB. I had a PCP appointment yesterday and my high blood pressure is continuing to get closer to normal, so I am hopeful my exercising. healthier eating and increased BP medication dose are working.

Symptoms: mild nausea and still vomiting in the morning, I don't expect this to change it hung around the whole time with DS's pregnancy. I also am having some growing pains.

Milestones: I am feeling the baby move almost every day! I will be at the halfway point on Saturday!

Rants/Raves/Vents: I am glad my BP seems to be improving. My son who turns 4 in a month seems to be having some separation anxiety, which has made getting him out of the house in the morning and to daycare rough. I hope this doesn't last long.

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? Sunday we are probably going to a trunk or treat at my parent's church. We don't get trick or treaters at our house, so I am planning on bringing DS to town. The downtown area does business trick or treating for a couple hours late in the afternoon, and we may go to a couple houses in the evening.

Symptoms: tired with a side of pregsomnia. Unpredictable and inconsistent food aversions.

Milestones: NT scan and blood work results came back without any red flags

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween? We have a big party on my parents cul de sac. I make chili and we have a ton of food and appetizers and then roast marshmallows. It’s nice bc the kids can play safely and there’s always a clean bathroom nearby. We have a “good” neighborhood for TOTing so lots of our friends will come for that and stop by for a few. My dad also wheels out the kegerator and with some fall-ish home brew.

Symptoms: I am finally starting to feel normal again!! I’m off prednisone and it is making a huge difference in how I feel. Other than that I just mostly feel huge and my belly button is killing me (its herniated from my first pregnancy). Also lots of kicks every day!

Milestones: half way!! I can’t believe it. I’m so happy to be here.

Rants/Raves/Vents: I just want this head cold to go away. I feel fine except the stuffy nose. Also - it’s going to be 100 degrees here for the third day in a row. It’s almost November - wtf???

GTKY: What are your plans for Halloween?
Taking my 2 year old trick or treating with his cousins. He is so excited about his costume - he runs around yelling “I’m cute, I’m cute!”

We usually go around our neighborhood and then to my mom's and do a few houses there. I'm leaving work early that day so we are not rushed eating dinner and getting ready since it's a school night.

GTKY: Nothing set yet, but will most likely go to friend's house that gets a little more TOT traffic (our house gets hardly any). Forecast has rain right now, so boo to that.

Symptoms: I thought the morning sickness was gone...and yesterday it came back with a vengeance. Other than that, I just have heartburn.
