What's the recommended detergent these days? I was using tide but it's not working well. And I bought like arm and hammer the other day cuz it was cheap and I know it's asking for trouble now. Which persil? What can I get on Amazon? I don't have a Walmart close by.

I'm using the Persil powder. I buy it from target online as it's way cheaper than Amazon

Tide has been fine for me but I also use Gain with no issues.

I use the persil pearls, best price I've found is Target (I order online).
Do you mean for diapers or reg laundry? I use all free & clear oxyclean for my reg laundry.

I wish Persil pearls came in unscented because I really dislike the scent. Switched back to Tide F&C, wish me luck!

We're using persil right now, but I've had to add a third wash to wash the amount I need to get the diapers clean out, so I'm back where I was with tide.

oh, i have to spend more money for free shipping. This is bad. I have a Target red card, so free shipping. Otherwise yeah, I end up buying a ton of stuff I don't really need.

Yes. I've always done ship-to-store so no shipping charge if i could get to the store easily I'd just get it that way...(or its not in store anyway?). Either way. No time for target runs here.

I don't think it is usually stocked in the store (I've looked in several). Just add some toilet paper or something to your order to get the minimum.

Still team Tide here. I realize this isn't helpful.

I used my old Tide for washing bakery towels and they got so much detergent buildup in them before I threw the Tide out and switched to Persil for them too. Even then it took months of regular washing for them to feel normal. It was crazy. I just bought Persil liquid for the bakery. Hopefully that works as well as the powder.
