Guys. I found my dog. Multiple times. He's in our subdivision but he keeps running up to me and then bolting before I can grab him! I tried a treat, a ball, seeing if he'd jump in the car, ect. So, now the kids and I are home and my dog is still on his adventure. Now I'm curious. What other weird things does he do? Like mine bites the flowers off of plants. Also chews gourds and pumpkins lol.

Morning! tgrimes thinking of you and sweet H today!! wineallthetime I have a dog that runs away all the time too. ALL THE DAMN TIME! She’s a beagle and any chance to run she takes. She likes to find random people and make herself at home. She gives them super pathetic looks and acts hungry and sweet so every time I get her people tell me, “oh she’s so sweet and we gave her a few treats!” 🙄 no she’s just fat and we have her on a diet so this is her side gimmick.

Morning! At work, seems like it's going to be a quiet day. I'm leaving an hour early to take the dog to the vet, then I have N's daycare conference this afternoon. I always love hearing about her personality. I think she's becoming a little teacher's pet and I'm curious to see what her teachers say.

Good morning guys! I have a long list of things I need to do around here but I am not feeling motivated to do any of it. I need to talk to the workman's comp guy, write lesson plans for my sub, do laundry and clean, the list goes on and on. I also need to go shopping and get the kids new clothes. I hadn't seen them in a few days and I swear, they've outgrown all their clothes. mwhip that sounds really exciting! I hope things work out! @nam I miss my sweet little boy too. I didn't see him for a few days and all of a sudden, he seems so much bigger and more mature now.

Did anyone have a kid who didn't pass their initial hearing screen? Thomas didn't pass. I have to go back in a month to re-test so now I'm worried.

I feel like my sister said it's a super super low % that don't pass the 2nd time around. Hopefully it's nothing!

peachsmama wineallthetime Ok that makes me feel a lot better! The Tech said it could be fluid in the ears since something did register on the screen. But he was nursing yesterday and clamped down. I let out a big yelp and it didn't really phase him lol

This is my husky. Pretty sure he wants to stay with my parents when we leave lol. He adores A, but he just tolerates the kids and I. Maybe it's a husky thing, mine is a black lab husky mix. I think it is. My ex had a husky that was nuts. She got out all the time. Sneaky little devils. Huskies are way too smart for their own good.

Like I remember L sleeping through me dropping a stack of pots and pans on our kitchen floor like 15ft away from her.

FX your GP can do something today, chrisy01. I think they still let people take Zofran if they're having a lot of trouble and OTC stuff isn't working?

I figured X is impervious to pretty much every sound ever since he was used to hearing Dude play drums.

Sorry. We’ve been home for a couple hours. When he woke up he fussed for about 30 seconds and then was fine once I picked him up. They said he’d be tired but he was full of energy & very hungry when we got home. I finally got him down for a nap.

It was really sweet. It's standard that when kids turn four they go to school. Pre-school/daycare is up to four. I asked this the other day, and then I never followed up. So do they stay in kindergarten until a certain age? Or is it the September that they turn five ? Usually they start first grade in September when they are six, so ds will be close to 7 when he starts first grade (birthday is October 30th) dd will have just turned 6 (may 31st). So usually between 2-3 years of kindergarten.

Now I’m going to try and make as much baby food as I can today. Fruit/veggie muffins, ham & cheese quinoa cups and chicken Parmesan bites.

Glad things went well tgrimes. Hoping for a quick recovery. I'm sorry you're having a tough time Sunny41. :/ It's really disturbing to think about how many women have been affected. wineallthetime, you're dog is such a turd. I can't stand when dogs pull that crap. One of my parents' dogs is like that and often will only come when the neighbors try to get it if she gets loose. Go figure. Fingers crossed mwhip!

My Dalmatian would run away to the neighbors because they always gave her ham. No matter how many times we told them not to feed her so she would come home. We would go pick her up and she's sprawled out on their couch.

Yesterday I booked the hotel for our Disney trip the end of JAN/beginning of FEB. I'm so excited! My mom is going with us and my brother and his boyfriend are going as well, but my mom is usually a huge help. I'm really grateful to have her.
