I just refolded the towels, the ‘right’ way, that MH folded yesterday after laundry. OMG I am my mother. Someone, beer me. Have done. Will likely do again. Lol. From the wise words of Coach Taylor “There’s two ways to fold towels. My way and the wrong way!” Because of that Adam isn’t allowed to fold towels. It would drive me crazy.

Anyone have any experience or know anyone with experience with Fraxel? I know people who have had it done. They were pleased but not thrilled with the results Thanks. If you have any specifics, I'd love to hear more. I have no interest in fillers because there's no way I'd keep up with them, so it's an interesting alternative. I'm a bit nervous about the healing period but I'd just need to time the treatments for Fridays immediately prior to weekends without plans. Which actually may be impossible, haha.

The peeling lasts about a week, and the results are definitely noticeable. But it was hyped as being kind of like a miracle treatment and it's not really that drastic. I have a friend who gets gentler IPL facials every 6 weeks and has incredible skin with pretty much no down time so I want to start trying that soon. And you never know about fillers - the first time I got some it lasted two years! The next time didn't last as long, but it was free and expired so that was expected.

Hope you're over the hump, lahdeedah. I can't be bothered to refold towels. Neither of us are very particular about these things. Never heard of Fraxel but now I am intrigued. Thinking I need to do a mini makeover after this baby arrives.

lahdeedah hope you are past the worst of it; being sick stinks as it is, throw in nursing and small children and it’s basically the tenth circle of hell. Botox will definitely be on my agenda in the next few years; haven’t heard of Fraxel. A woman I know had a chemical peel and had the most ghastly reaction...looked like she’d been beaten. So any latent interest in that particular procedure was immediately killed, ha.

Lol I was trying to guess what fraxel was - I thought some sort of cleaning or home improvement product?! I'm just planning on my dermatologist giving me some strong prescription once I'm done nursing. I don't mind wrinkles but my acne when not pregnant/nursing is so embarrassing.

cagoldi and vino add my to the makeover bench after this baby comes. I’ve been wanting to start Botox for about a year and am definitely doing it once I’m done nursing. I also want to try cool sculpting and I’d like a boob job once I’m done nursing.

IDK about boobs. Maybe a lift? But I'm not going to nurse so really the girls are okay save for the heinous scars I have from my HS.
But yeah, cool sculpting. I'm all about that.
Not sure I am sold on Botox but definitely need to do something about the fact that these kids are aging me. Quickly.

My derm has me on Retin-a which is a collagen booster: helps with acne and wrinkles.

Tonight is the second night this has happened and it’s annoying. I must have swallowed something down the wrong tube (inhaled instead of swallowed) and then I spend the next few hours painfully coughing until it goes away. Plus wheezing. The first time I specifically remember it happening, this time I don’t remember inhaling anything so that’s weird.

Also, I sent DH to get me a chocolate shake from DQand it was the worst. Not chocolatey at all. Waste of calories.
